Helped to lower my Triglyceride level, but I just wish they were less expensive
So I can't say 100% definitively that drinking a Poppi a day helped to drop my triglycerides from about 175mg/Dl to roughly 120 mg/Dl... but it was one of the changes I made. I also started eating a greek salad with chicken breast 3-4 times a week for lunch... but between the two, I had a pretty big drop! Notes- - The elephant in the room is the cost. When not on sale (occasionally they will offer a 30% discount) Poppi's are expensive. I wish they would sell them as 30packs (one a day!) with some sort of significant discount. - I see true health benefits from Poppi, or at least I attribute them to Poppi. They seem help with any bloat I may have. - Definitely seems to help my skin feel healthier to the touch. Not exactly something I can quantify, but it seems to feel smoother/softer. Maybe I am off my rocker on that one. - I mentioned the drop in Triglycerides - Flavors... Cherry Limeade and Orange are by far my favorites, then grape (it tastes candyish) Doc Pop, Watermelon, Raspberry Rose, Root Beer... I find Strawberry lemon waaaaay too tart and the Soda is pretty awful. - I do worry about drinking them too late at night. They leave a bit of a sour flavor in my mouth. I am worried about my teeth. Even after brushing my teeth I still wake up with a bit of a source flavor in my mouth. My doctor hasn't mentioned enamel erosion...but I rarely drink a Poppi within 3 hours of going to bed. Again, I really enjoy drinking an Orange Poppi each day. It seems to have several benefits... and it actually tastes good. Other flavors are a bit more of an acquired taste.

Love POPPI!
POPPI is wonderful. Great option if you’re trying to cut out high sugar soda. If you’re a heavy soda pop user it will probably not taste like you want it to. You have to give it time and let your body detox from all the chemicals you’ve ingested and stored up in your body. Happy living!

Dee-lish. Orange cream is my favorite. Only 30 calories. Pre-biotic. Good value for the price.

Orange Poppi Ice Cold Is Basically Summer in a Can
The orange flavor Poppi is perfection, and hands-down the best flavor of the Poppi line. I can let my kid have a little without guilt! Served ice cold its basically summer in a cup.

This is far and away the best flavor they have. It just taste like regular soda.

Surprisingly Good Orange Flavor
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this since it has apple cider vinegar in it, but I actually ended up really liking it. The orange flavor is very natural and tastes a lot like real orange soda, just lighter and not overly sweet. The apple cider vinegar isn’t overpowering either, it kind of blends in with the citrus and you barely notice it after the first sip. I also felt like it gave me a small boost of energy compared to regular soda, which was a nice bonus. The carbonation level is good too, not flat but not overly fizzy. Overall it’s a refreshing drink and a nice alternative if you’re trying to cut back on regular soda. The orange flavor was definitely the highlight for me.

Not a good taste
I don't like the taste of the orange drink It has more of the cane sugar taste than the ACV, orange juice was very disappointed in it So not buying that anymore I drank 3 What I am going to do with the rest of the case is give it to the Soup Kitchen in my home town People get free meal and free food to take home there I have been putting berry stevia liquid in the cans to over power the cane sugar Very expensive Please don't buy Also not good for diabetes Has 8 grams of sugar
