Are all the positive reviews because discounts were provided for posting a review? 12 people received discounts for their reviews. Seems fishy...

Yes, the offering the product at a discount for reviews is messing up a good thing.  I see a lot of reviews, I think people must love it but then my experience isn't positive many times.  It seems to me when the reviews are in the thousands, those have been offered something, or they have asked people to review them and is not a reflection of them being better.  I used to buy here due to being able to read the reviews and while I was here, might as well buy it here, but now it's not as meaningful as it once was, plus who wants to read a thousand reviews?

Does this leak hot water all over your hands and the floor? I've had steamers before, but they've all been a scalding hot, leaky mess.

Just got it  used it the first time today, and less than hour the hot water start coming out of the head do I turn it off. Is this normal ? Please advice... thank you

After 2 years of use it stopped working and only front light turns on. How do I get it fixed? What’s warranty policy?

The Element is probably completely covered with with Water Scale.
 No real way to clean it.
They say to clean it with White Vinegar 
.. zYou can't take it apart to see the The Heat Element. 
 I'm sure  unless you use Distilled Water only.,,   The Warranty is void.

Por que se sale el agua del galón luego de colocarlo mientras plancho.

Despús de abrir y revisar los conductos por donde circula el agua, me di cuenta que no hay un anillo de presión (abrazadera), en la union del tubo y la manguera transparente, por lo que cuando sube la temperatura esta manguera podría expandirse y permitir la filtración del agua. Desde que le puse una abrazadera en esa unión, ya no se llena de agua la base de las ruedas.
