This is the first and only chew toy that has worked for my aggressive chewer. Milo is a 65 lb aussiedoodle who has previously made it his life’s mission to tear any and every toy labeled “for aggressive chewers” to shreds in less than ten minutes. Milo has had this bone since October and has chewed it for hours each day with zero sign of wear and no parts coming off of the bone. We are relieved to have found something that he can safely chew nonstop. It’s a pretty hefty weight but he doesn’t mind. The width between the barbel is perfectly sized for him to carry in his mouth. The texture is a hard rubber, it makes a slight squeak when he chews. He loves to run and play with it. We put a few dry treats in the middle and it keeps him interested in playing with it for a long time. It has been so nice to find something that’s both safe and fun for our pup. I will likely order a few more just in case I can’t find them someday. They’re real fun for our doodle!

I had to change my review. This ended up better than I expected, upon delivery, it had a horrendous smell, but that quickly dissipated. I do wonder about the toxicity level of this item though. It’s flimsy, but surprisingly, my super chewer hasn’t managed to destroy it.

I was kinda skeptical ordering a rubber product because in the past my Pitbull has not been to fond of toys made for rubber. Especially ones she can’t chew on or have a strong rubber smell. It’s cheap enough I decided to take a chance, and it payed off. Right away my dog loved it and wanted to play. She begs me to throw it for her. I figured I’d add peanut butter inside the tips as a backup plan but, so far she loves as it is right out of the box. The hardest part when ordering was picking the right size for my dog. So far I’ve had pretty good luck picking one size bigger than recommended. She’s a Pitbull so if it’s too small she’ll shred it. If it’s too big and she can’t chew it she won’t play with it. My Pitbull is small, about 40 pounds but, her bite is huge. I ordered this over a month ago and so far there is zero damage done. This product is soft rubber, it bends and flexes. The ends are hollow and soft, and still there’s no damage so far. The ends are hollowed out for holding snacks. There’s a tiny hole on each end, that will release tiny treats as she bites down. You can also put peanut butter or spray treats inside the ends. I do not like sticky treats in her toys. I use tiny solid treats that fall out easy and are easy to get out for cleaning. Training treats work great. There’s plenty of different small treats or snacks you can stuff inside the ends of this.

This is veryyy soft/flimsy rubber. It is not for “aggressive chewers.” It won’t last with any large dog.

LOVE! We have a verrrry aggressive chewer- a Great Dane, he loves this toy and has had it for a month now, rubber isn’t coming off ever for him to swallow. Very good quality

We have two super chewers and these “bar bells” are super tolerant of their need to destroy. When it came in the mail, our GSP what happy and busy attempting to defeat it fir 2 hours. No luck. I recommend this to everyone since it comes in all sizes.

The idea of the toy was great but certainly not durable…I gave it to my German Shorthair Pointer and he tore it up within 30 minutes. The engagement was good, I put some treat to keep him occupied, but the holes are pretty small and hard to get the treats from. Also smaller than I expected.

If you're looking for something that'll last forever, this isn't it. My girl isn't a super aggressive chewer, but she destroyed the thing in a couple of months. I'm kinda stuck between being disappointed that she was able to shred it and the humour of my girl trotting up with a grenade in her mouth. I'd consider buying again.

I love this toy !! weve had it since jan 2022 so a month and a bit. My power chewying Rottweiler still hasn't ripped it apart. I am amazed its still intact, very durable no rips. Very please. Worth the price. I was so skeptical but im glad i risked it. My dog lives it.

Je suis absolument ravi de ce jouet à mâcher pour chiens indestructible ! J'ai un Berger Allemand de 10 mois qui est un vrai destructeur : il anéantit tous les jouets classiques en quelques minutes. Mais celui-ci, en caoutchouc ultra-résistant, tient le choc depuis des semaines sans la moindre égratignure ! Mon chien l'adore, il passe des heures à le mâchonner, et ça l'occupe parfaitement quand je suis au travail. En plus, on peut y glisser des friandises dedans pour le rendre encore plus attractif. C'est solide, sûr (pas de morceaux qui se détachent), et ça aide même à nettoyer ses dents. Enfin un jouet qui mérite vraiment le nom "indestructible" !
