I have looked for a long time for a shoulder holster that will work with my active lifestyle. This one fits the need. It is washable and has a generic holster, so it fits many different models of firearm. The neo holds the firearm close to the body for deep concealment - even under just a t-shirt. There is a velcro strap over the shoulder that holds the weight of the firearm, so that the neoprene doesn't slip down as you move. There is also a velcro strap that holds the firearm in place, and it also works well. As with most deep concealment, access to your firestick is not quick if in an emergency. But, before this holster and especially in the summertime I have found myself carrying less because of athletic attire. With this holster I can carry no matter what I'm wearing, so I've landed on "I'd rather have slow access to it than no access to it". I mostly use this holster for running and active days, so I still have others that give me faster access on days when I can put on a belt. One con, however, is that I have found that the front sight tends to catch on the elastic upon draw, but if I'm needing the weapon, I think that will be overcome.

I’m 5,10-175 lbs. I purchased the 39, you probably need the next size up. My 380 fits perfectly. My Ruger 22 with lasor fits as well. My Ruger 9mm fully loaded with lasor and red dot (heavy pistol) fits tightly, but it fits. The price is extremely reasonable. Thats the pro’s Now for the negative, the 39 comes with 2 (1) inch x ?18 in loops straps. These straps when placed on the velcro belt force the pistol under your armpit. Way to tight. Might be a different story had I ordered the next size up. I also ordered the bugbite ankle holster, it fits so comfortably, you will forget your packing. Of all the pistol accessories Ive purchased from Amazon, I would highly recommend the bugbite ankle holsters. They are second to none.

At first when I got this, I was super happy. But now I’ve had it for a few months. I’m a 5’ tall female that conceal carries at work and I prefer a thin band or a belly band, to a waistband clip. One of my coworkers recommended this exact band since she is also a smaller female. At first, I loved it! Worked great. But after about a month of daily use, it started to stretch and slide down. Now 4 months in, the band has stretched out so much because of how tight I have to have it, that the Velcro extends over both sides of the band and scratches me all day. I’d really like to find a cost effective and comfortable band! Was hoping this was it! :(

Great holster, I use this to carry while I dirt bike. It’s significantly better than having my S&W SD9E in a hip holster while I ride.

It was a struggle bolstering my Glock 19 more so to draw the weapon from this holster. Horrible fitment and design
