SONGMICS Bamboo Bathroom Shelf, 3-Tier Adjustable Plants Rack

Really easy to assemble (just make sure the built-in hardware is on the same side of the outer pieces) and it doesn't get much easier than this! We like the bamboo material look and color to go with pine elements in our bath. Lightweight, yet very stable. Before this, we had too many things cluttering the back end near tub, this gave them a home without looking cluttered. My husband commented once this was in place, it looked as nice as a spa! Great value for the price. I keep thinking next I would put one on the wall as a shelf!

I looked everywhere for a narrow width shelf like this, and finally looked here on Amazon, and I couldn't be happier! I had a narrow space, which was getting kind of cluttered, and needed something of exactly these dimensions, so this was just a perfect buy, and the price was super reasonable. It's a sturdy, quality piece, and it looks very handsome. I loved that it was so easy to put together -- they give you an Allen wrench, and all the holes are pre-drilled and all of them lined up perfectly. Assembly took less than ten minutes. Mine sits flat, and has no wobble. It holds decent weight, and looks terrific. Not everyone is maybe a fan of bamboo, but I find the look to be very clean and this product was well-finished, and very well built, with a nice gloss to it. I especially appreciated the options with where to put the middle shelf, although, as it turns out, right in the middle was right where it needed to be. This was a terrific purchase -- affordable, durable, easy to put together, and a very nice looking final product after assembly. Check the sizing, and be sure it is what you are looking for, since, as others have noted, it is small, but that's why they give the dimensions, so just be sure it is big enough for your needs, before ordering. For me, the small size was just what I needed, and to get something smaller like this, that is still a sturdy piece of furniture, was the perfect find, since most smaller shelving is usually flimsy, if it can even be found at all. If I need further storage or shelving needs, I will be back to this brand, to see what else they offer. I highly recommend!

This is a great little shelf. I decided this year to grow my vegetable garden from seeds, the only place in the house that gets good light is my kitchen windows. This shelf fits perfect and holds most all of my little pots, all my plants did amazing. This shelf is a great idea if you are short on space and they fit great in the window ceil. They are super easy to clean and the material they are made is great. I have 3 of these shelves and they are all very stable in my window, while still giving my plants plenty of room to grow. This is a great shelf for the price. Highly recommend for anyone who does window gardening.

I purchased this shelf to hang over the toilet in the bathroom, to hold rolls of TP, lightweight "objets", and a few plastic bottles of shampoo, etc. For that it is well suited. It could also hold rolled washcloths or hand towels. I am baffled at the complaints that it is too narrow. If you know what use you intend, don't you take some measurements first to have an idea of the minimum usable space needed and then look at the measurements in the listing? PROS: Shelf was easy to assemble (altho, as an earlier poster mentioned, be aware the screw holes on the uprights are countersunk on one side and simple holes on the other--arrange the uprights so the countersunk holes will face outward). The item came nicely shrink-wrapped with no damage. I experienced no splinters--my pieces were smoothly finished. The countersunk hex-headed screws threaded in easily using the enclosed Allen wrench; furthermore a spare for each screw/anchor was provided. I bought the natural bamboo, which is a pleasing honey color. CONS: First, the anchors provided have no lip at the top end. Most anchors have a lip at the screw-head end that prevents them from slipping into the hole in the wall with the force of threading in the screw. (See photo.) The straight, smooth bore at the top may enable the shelf to be tightly flush with the wall; BUT given the flimsiness of most wallboard these days, the force needed to thread in the screw causes the smooth bore anchor to recede into the hole in the wall. It is then useless, and the screw must be carefully pulled out with pliers and the anchor poked entirely through the wallboard. Best for purchasers of this shelf to buy similarly sized anchors and accompanying screws. Or ideally, Songmics, please provide anchors that have a lip. Second, as others have mentioned, this shelf can be very tricky to wall mount. Despite what we thought was careful measurement and marking , the shelf was positioned slightly crooked. That's our bad, but just know that the nicely hidden keyhole slots in back present their own challenges re: precision and positioning. (Earlier reviewer "Bill" mentioned using a cardboard template--bet that'd work a lot better.) Final comments: It would be nice if the shelf came with pegs to cover the countersunk holes, though this does not bother me. However, I knew beforehand there were no covers for these holes because I looked closely at the images, especially using the provided zoom feature. Examine closely what you want to buy, compare your desired measurements to those provided, and you'll reduce disappointments, which are not always the manufacturer's fault. Aside from the ineffectual anchors and the challenging wall mounting, I think this is a good buy and attractive for displaying/storing small, lightweight items. How durable it is only time will tell.

My kitchen didn't have enough shelf space (granted I keep too many pantry items) so I got one of these to make use of "dead" space under a counter. I found it so useful that I bought another... then another. Now that I have three of them, I guess I should chime in with a review to point out that yeah, I like these shelves! They are rather slender, so I would recommend setting them against a wall for stability, but I find them wide enough for most of the things I need to shelve in my kitchen, and I like that there is enough vertical space between the shelves to accommodate even relatively tall bale jars. They are very easy to put together (just two uprights and three shelves), although it's good to pay at least a modicum of attention the orientation because I have found myself slipping up and having to back out two screws one time when I got careless. The bamboo gives a nice natural appearance, and the ones I received were well-finished, with no dangerous splinters. There is a nice assortment of different styles and shapes of bamboo shelves available here (you could even look under shoe racks if you want something a little wider/larger), but this is one of the more practical and compact shelves, and it fits the spaces I needed it for perfectly.

I was looking for something to help me organize the miscellaneous things in my closet (hats, scarves, gloves, shoes, etc). My main problem was the limitation in space. I had been using those plastic storage bins, but they took up a lot of space and I had to unstack them and root around for things when I needed something. This shelf was exactly what I needed. As with everything, there are good and bad points to it. Pros: 1. Very easy to assemble. 2. Can place the shelves at various predrilled heights (this is also a con). 3. Very attractive. 4. Perfect for limited space. (Be sure to double check the shelf measurements to ensure it fits your needs. These are very shallow). 5. Can be wall mounted with included hardeware. Cons: 1. The predrilled holes don't give you as much wiggle room as you might expect. I had planned on moving the bottom shelf up one rung so I could put shoes under it and still have 3 shelves for other items. However, I found that the space between the lowest shelf and the one above it was too short to be useful. I could put toddler sneakers on it, but toddler boots only fit if I layed them on their sides. Study the pictures On amazon carefully, it shows the only configurations so be sure it is useful to you. I did not take away a star for the cons because I was easily able to get around the issue by spacing the shelves evenly and then wall mounting it at my desired height to allow for what is basically a shelf-worth of room underneath it. I love this product and how beautiful and organized it has made what is normally a useless space. I've actually found myself looking around the house for other places I could put one of these.

This shelf came quickly, looks just like the picture and feels very sturdy. The included s shaped allen wrench was very easy to use, it took maybe 5 minutes to assemble. I needed a shelf less than 8 in. in depth to go behind the door in my very tiny bathroom. This fit perfectly at only 5'' in depth and gives me a small storage space that is perfect for my needs. Despite the low depth, this is not a ridiculously tiny shelf, the placement of the middle shelf can be adjusted, I used the middle setting. It is just tall enough to hold the large shampoo and conditioner bottles before they have been opened, and toilet paper can be stacked 2 high. I noticed to spots to hang it on a wall, but I am using it directly on the floor. It sits flat and doesn't rock or jiggle. I am quite happy with this shelf.

Great shelf! I hung it on my wall to store my jars on when not in use. Holds up well to all the mason jars that sit on it. Easy set up to, as its all set up with an Allen key.
