What kind of growing medium does this work in?

Suitable for All Growing Systems: Whether you're growing in soil, hydroponics, or other soilless mediums, Great White is compatible with all growing systems.

Can I use with Fertilizer?

Yes! It’s important to avoid high levels of synthetic phosphorus when applying mycorrhizae at the same time—specifically, levels of 80 parts per million or higher. Once the mycorrhizal relationship is established, you can use high levels of P.

Will this last the life of the plant?

Yes, established plants typically require just one to two applications for mycorrhizae to develop throughout their lifespan. However, if the plant dies or if you till the soil, the mycorrhizal connections will be lost.

Why is the price higher than other mycorrhizal products

With nearly a billion microbes, this product is the most concentrated available. You can actually use less of it, which means your cost per plant is likely much lower than our competitors.

Why do we add beneficial bacteria with mycorrhizae?

Beneficial bacteria break down nutrients and minerals into smaller parts that plant roots can absorb more easily. These bacteria are an important part of the carbon and nitrogen cycles and increase nitrogen fixation in the soil
