A Book for All Dog Owners
This is a great book! It does a great job of guiding dog owners to teach their dog good manners in public spaces and interactions. They cover all the basics plus. I know of several doggy day cares, nearby where I live, who require that your dog pass a Canine Good Campanion test to participate in their pack play activities at their facilities. This book really helps both owner and dog in navigating day care and life in our modern world. I highly recommend this book.

Love this book, easy to follow and is really helping me with training my puppies, working towards their good citizen certification. Would highly recommend.

Great Fundamental Training Guide for Good Canine Citzenship
This guide has a great step-by-step training process for basic behaviors all dogs should have. It is so expensive to hire trainers, so that has some great basics. You do have to carefully follow the guide - it isn't a quick, one-step training process. It does take time to do the training - so you need to be committed to taking the time!!!

Very helpful for Training for the CGC Exam
Great addition to training books, with detailed instructions for each part of the Canine Good Citizen Exam. My little guy passed the first time, but he also has attended an AKC certified training program for a year, since he was 4 months. This book is great for focused training for the test.
