It looks so neat and it organizes the shoes so perfect thus I give it one star for sturdiness. It keeps on falling off and coming apart every week. It’s so annoying I wish it was stronger. My dad have the patience to hook it up every time it falls a part.

I'm not sure that 2 stars is fair, maybe it should be 3.The rack itself I am sure would be fine, if it was only used with kids shoes, or with smaller shoes.It did not at all like size 13 shoes. The racked folded on itself and collapsed in my hallway closet about 3 days after I put it together and put shoes on it. I was smart enough to put most of my shoes towards the bottom, and I used the higher rows for my kids shoes, but along the top row I had 3 pairs of my shoes that I use all the time, that I wanted easy access to.I have since used wood braces across the back, and at the bottom to hold the rack together, and it seems to be working fine. Not very pretty anymore, but it is functional.So, if it is for your kids room, or for lighter weight shoes, this is a great shoe rack. If you plan on putting mens shoes on it, proceed with caution.

I could only put up 4 parts because when i put the whole thing up it fell over and some of the pieces broke but i guess you get what you pay for :/ but other than that i love it! The part that i do have up holds my shoes and makes them look all neat and pretty

Put it firmly against the wall it really is kind of flimsy for 50 pairs of shoes but it's doable

This is constructed of cheap materials, plastic to be exact, and does not look nearly as nice as it does in the picture. It is very flimsy and it is very difficult to move it with the shoes on it without it bending one way as the sides are just black plastic that were poorly cut. You can see excess plastic from the molds that were not cut off all around the black puzzle pieces on the side. Would return if it was not such a hassle to ship back.

its ok, i broke some of the bars when putting it together its really unstable until you get the shoes on there but it does fit all of my shoes!

The sides holding the bars together collapses & broke in half after too many men shoes were placed. It will probably work better for childrens or womens shoes.

If there were zero stars I would be giving that! This was one of the only times I didn't read a review and I really should have. It would have saved a much given headache of having to package it back up and return it the very next day. It arrived quickly which was the only good thing about this purchase. When the item arrived and I immediately noticed that the brand was Sunbeam, not Home Basics like the description said. I know Sunbeam makes quality products for the home but sadly this isn't one of them! The item box was not even sealed (see picture) when I removed it from the shipping box. The instructions were clear enough but the plastic sides and footing pieces were cheaply made. When I was attempting to put it together, it was as if the plastic was warped and would not just "click" together like the instructions noted. Without even much pressure a tiny piece of the cheap black plastic broke off. It was so flimsy I knew it wouldn't even hold one pair of shoes and there was absolutely no way it would ever hold fifty pairs like advertised! I would highly recommend that Amazon remove this item from their inventory! With over 200 reviews and only averaging a 1 1/2 star rating...come on Amazon, you're better than this. You don't have to carry such a crappy item! So do yourself a favor and please, please don't purchase this shoe rack! You will be returning it, just like I had to!
