Effective When Needed, With One Small Drawback I purchased Nature Made’s Melatonin 5 mg tablets for my family to use on occasion, and overall, we’ve had a good experience with them. When taken, my family members tend to fall asleep faster than usual and are able to stay asleep through the night, which is a big plus. Only used it for one night but helped so much. Also, with regular melatonin I feel as if I don't fall asleep as soon as I get tired it's wasted, but I fell asleep great even after staying up a little bit more.

I doubled the dosage and it still didn't help 100%. It helped a little but I'm taking twice the dosage and I still wake up multiple times a night.

Effective for insomnia and works better than NOW brand melatonin.

Don’t compare it with sleeping pills. Can be taken to improve sleep cycle or treat insomnia. Good thing is i don’t see any side effect.
