This is the only melatonin I buy. It dissolves quickly and generally works with only 1 pill. They taste great. Tastes great and dissolves easily in my mouth and will put me to sleep very quickly! Only downside is that I often times have very vivid dreams after taking this melatonin. Overall, I recommend if you need to sleep and can’t, but I won’t use this unless I have to.

These are good. I put under my tongue and have no taste. I don't have any side effects, It is very effective, I sleep very well. There is no texture , it is a tiny little pill, easy to take and melts under your tongue.
