I love this. It smells good but the taste not so much. It works like it says.

So let me start from the end - this item is non refundable! So if you think you can try it out and worst case ship it back - then nope! You stuck with it! And it not something you want to be stuck with... it is straight up NASTY!! Let me explain... Let’s say that for some wired reason you decided to mix some Windex with Lysol and then throw in a mint... What will you get? Sweet Defeat!! Now for real - I don’t even get how amazon allows this item! Not just that it does not work, not just the nasty cleaning products taste in your mouth, not just the dizziness it gives you - but also it will actually make you go a looking for something sweet just to get rid of the bad taste this product leaves in your mouth!! If there is something that I hate more then oven ready cinnamon rolls - it’s yesterday’s oven ready cinnamon rolls. And after using sweet defeat I had such a nasty taste in my mouth that I could not get rid of. I brasher my teeth and drank some water. Then I drank some soda - just to get rid of the taste. It didn’t help. Then I ended up eating the cinnamon rolls that my husband made the day before. Just to get rid of the taste. And yes. The strong brown sugar - cinnamon - lot of carbs taste did helped “cover up” the sweet defeat taste... but that’s kinda defeats the whole purpose... So - I do not recommend this item! It will just make you eat more not less! Save the money and the calories- Do not buy!

It does zap those taste buds in a pinch.

I’m desperate to stop craving sugar and I saw this and figured I’d try it. With no expectations at all I tried it and it actually worked!!

I have only used 3 times and I live it no sweets for me

I sprayed 3 times and ate something sweet and could mostly taste the sugary food. I had my friend try it and she could taste sweets also. Doesn't work. I will be returning this. Don't bother wasting your money or time.

This stuff actually works! I do have to say I am pleasantly suprised.

This was just like brushing your teeth or popping a mint.
