Works as Described
I brought the pump in spring to use on my Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) which inflates to 20 psi. The pump has worked perfectly all summer and super glad I brought it. Prior to buying the pump, I was using a manual pump the previous summer to inflate my SUP and it worked but took a lot of effort on my end to get to 20 psi. I have used it around a dozen times now and encountered no problems. On one of my outings I used it to inflate my SUP and two other SUPs (15 psi) and was able to pump all three SUPs consecutively. Some observations after using it all summer: - The pump does get a little hot when inflating to 20 psi. I did not notice it getting hot when inflating my friend's inflatable kayak (6 psi) or SUPs (15 psi). - The pump is loud; this is usually not a problem since I'm inflating my SUP in a parking lot and most parking lots are usually pretty loud anyways. - As others have stated, it does take around 10-12 minutes to get to the desired psi level. Not a big deal for me since I usually start the pump first and get my other equipment ready while my SUP is inflating. - My cigarette lighter is in my middle console and the power cord is long enough that I can use the pump on either side of my car. I usually try to park at an end spot so that I can have my SUP on a grass strip and not take up a second parking spot inflating my SUP. This also guarantees that I have a spot to deflate my SUP when I am done since someone could have parked next to me later on. - Love the fact that I can set the psi level and it inflates to the set psi level without having to consistently check on the pump. Also love that it remembers the psi level so I don't have to set it every time I use the pump. - Personally, I wouldn't use the pump on any equipment that requires pressure less than 8-10 psi since it probably would be quicker and easier to use a manual pump if you have one. Overall, I love the pump and would not hesitate to buy it again. Only time will tell if it will last but the build quality appears to be solid and I expect mine to last for many years.

Seems accurate, great air volume, inflates many things
I purchased this Outdoor Master 20psi pump last year as well as the lower priced one from same company. Both have worked flawlessly. They are pretty easy to use and compared to hand pumping my paddle boards, this is a dream. You simply find righjt attachment that fits your valve, twist it in, connect other end to pump, set psi you want and turn it on. The pump does the rest. Yes, it stops at pre-determined psi you set and yes, it's that easy. Just remember if you also use the pump to inflate other things and it stops part way, it's likely reached your psi threshold you set. I used it for an inflatable toy and it suddenly stopped about half way through and I thought pump broke or overheated. It stopped at my psi setting. I just increased it and inflated the toy to what i felt compfortable and turned off pump. I have not used it alot, but when I do, it is very reliable and easy to use. They have other models that max out at lower psi, but this one goes to 20psi which is great. Many paddle boards are 13 to 15psi. The pump readings seem accurate and air volume is really good. It takes under 10 minutes for paddle boards I use. There are only 4 buttons, an inflation output as well as a deflation output. Deflation output works great and really sucks the air out so you can easily roll or fold when you're finished. The display is good size with larger digits that can be easily read. The price is a bit high. but you generally get what you pay for. Amazon will have big sales on it, as it is currently and if you can wait, that's when to jump on it.

Good pump
Works pretty well, easy to operate. We purchased the Bodyglove SUP boards from Costco and were disappointed how long it takes to blow them up. We purchased this in hopes that it would be noticeably faster. It is faster and blows up in 10 minutes. Although we were hoping for 7 minutes, like some of the other reviews 10 minutes is better than 12 so we are keeping it. It is nice that you can blow up multiple boards and floats without it needing to pause to cool down. It is also nice that it has the deflating feature. It is a bit bulky but still fits in our SUP bag if we pack everything well.

It works well!
Purchased this pump to inflate a camping inflatable tent. The buttons are easy to navigate and the pump worked well on my last camping trip. The pump is relatively quite when it first starts up but will get noticeably noisy once air resistance begins to build. This pump pumped up tent quickly and effectively and did not get warm/hot. Finally a good pump for my camping trips!

Slower than a hand pump - Much less effort
Bought this pump after the pumps that came with our SUPs both failed. Very easy and intuitive to use. Set to your desired pressure and just walk away. I will say the pump is slower than using a hand pump, but significantly less effort obviously. I bought a replacement hand pump and was able to pump up 1.5 other boards (the .5 because I messed up the valve and let half the air back out) and was done well before this finished the other board. I've only used it once to 15 PSI. Hose and numerous fittings look to be of good quality and did not leak. At three times the price of a replacement hand pump do I think it's worth the cost, probably not. The replacement hand pump worked much better than the stock ones we had, I think value wise it would be better to just get two hand pumps. Not going to take any stars off, as the product worked flawlessly and does what it says it does. I bought this one as it says with the cooling fan it could easily pump up two SUPs back to back, but with the amount of time it would take to do that, and having the hand pump, I anticipate always using this on one and hand pump on the other.

Doesn't work as advertised
I was so excited to use this electric pump. With all of the positive reviews saying it was the best, I figured I couldn't go wrong. Well...it does not work as advertised. It does not stay connected to my Hala paddle board after getting to about 1 psi. You have to hold the hose and connecter in place with a very firm grip to keep it attached to your board. The more the board inflates the more pressure you have to apply to keep the hose from losing air. Frankly if this was the only problem I could deal it. I don't need to walk away while my paddle board inflates to the proper PSI (what the advertisement shows). What I can't handle is that even while holding the hose and connecter nozzle in place, air starts randomly coming out of the hose as the board continues to inflate and I lose 1-2 PSI in an instant according to the pump gauge. I have to jiggle the hose and connector nozzle until it arrives at some magical position and stops losing air......for about 30 seconds and then it starts losing air again so I have to jiggle and move the hose again, and again, and again. All the while keeping very firm pressure on the connection. I've used it 5 times and have only once been able to inflate up to 12 PSI (my board is recommended to be 15 - 18 PSI). All the other times it continued to lose air and I couldn't get it past 10 PSI. Each time I have used this electric pump it has taken about 15 minutes to get to the point of 10 - 12 PSI where it would no longer inflate without losing air. For all but about the first minute, I had to hold the connecter in place with heavy pressure and then adjust the grip and hose each time it started losing air/PSI. I tried all of the suggested fixes from the manufacturers website, i.e., adding another plastic ring, making sure I had the right nozzle, etc. None work. Like another reviewer, I waited too long to use it after my purchase to be within the return window. Very frustrating. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer in hopes of a resolution.

Hours of research.
I spent more than a few hours researching all could about these inflators. I compared dozens of models. I needed an inflator for my 2 Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) which inflate to 15psi each. I recently bought one off Amazon that stated having an Automatic shut off. Auto shut off was must for me. It also was a dual volume, as it had a High Volume (for Stand Up Paddle boards/Mattresses) and a low Volume inflator (for Tires). It was also a dual power 12v/120v. Seemed like a good deal to have the dual power and volume modes and Automatic shut off. However it could not inflate my SUP past 10psi and Only the tire inflator had Auto shut off, which should have been specified in the description but wasn't. I did receive a refund. I decided to get an inflator that is designed for a specific need such as High Volume low psi inflation. When I received The Outdoor Master Dual Stage Inflator and unpacked it. Right away I could tell this was a higher quality product than my previous purchase. Let me list off the Pros of the Outdoor Master Dual Stage inflator: nozzles are tethered all together and are high quality; the Nozzles / Connectors that connect to the SUP and the end of the hose that threads onto the inflator make for a very solid connection; interface is easy to use; setting Auto Shut off is easy; the Automatic Shut off is very accurate; the length of 12v power cord is sufficient for me to plug into the 12V cigarette lighter in my SuperDuty Truck and and inflate my board a few feet away with out feeling restricted. Let me preface this about the Cons. None of the Cons were an issue for me. But, if you are like me you want to make an informed purchase. Cons: does not come with a Carrying bag; Only operates from 12v Power source and does not have lithium rechargeable battery pack or a 120v power. A couple of extra notes: It will inflate my 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards to 15psi with ZERO issue. Takes about 6 to 7 minutes each board (see edit below). Disclaimer I never Ran a stop watch. I am making a close guesstimate on how long I took. To me they inflated quickly and we were in the water and Paddling in no time at all. These types of inflators are just plain Loud. I have owned a total of 4 different inflators andI have used a $5.00 and even a $200.00 inflator and all were very loud. The Outdoor Master Dual Stage Inflator by far is the most quiet out of all of them. I hope this review helps someone out there make an informed and wise purchase . I highly recommend this product. USA. (edit/update, I recently ran a stopwatch on the inflate time. approximately 8min 40 seconds per Stand up Paddle Board to 14.5 psi. I was pumping by hand so having this pump is an amazing benefit)

Works well (so far, so good)
Like most who investigate iSUP pumps, I scrolled the reviews and, particularly for the less-expensive products, came to the conclusion that they'd burn out. This one was a bit pricier, but the cooling fan in particular led me to suspect that it would be a better bet. So far, so good. The only "con" I can think of right now is the lack of a carry bag or similar, as some competitors have. That and, before first use, slide the thinnest of the various available gaskets over the connector that connects to the iSUP. I use the box it came in; it works fine. As far as "pros": long power cord; light to carry and smaller than I'd imagined (think NFL football); very easy to set up and use; pumps at what seems to be a perfectly good pace. It's not louder than one would expect for a pump expected to cram enough air into something as large as a flaccid iSUP to make it rock-solid. (I set it to stop at 11 PSI typically; see no point in more). We have two iSUPS; I let the pump do one and I do the other, so I can't comment on how it handles multiple boards. I finish a couple of minutes ahead of the pump, typically, and am thankful that I don't have to hand-pump another. I have no doubt the pump could inflate them both, but as a 170-pound male looking for exercise anyway, I figure why not speed things up? As the directions suggest, I leave the pump plugged for 3 minutes or a bit longer after it wraps to let the internal fan keep cooling it. I also slide the pump under the car or otherwise make sure it's in the shade when laboring on my behalf. Ultimately, unless you have a diesel-powered pump or whatever, these are light mechanical devices tasked with heavy lifting; the kinder you are to it, the longer it will serve.
