So these are beautifully made and are sturdy and strong, but I had a different purpose for these gauntlets! Around 6 weeks or so before Christmas, my father was trying to help his injured puppy get something out of his paw and the puppy was uncomfortable and in enough pain he tried to stop my father from touching his paw at all and so he basically attacked my father's hands. He left my father with needing replacement skin on one hand since he ripped off what skin he did have. And broke the other hand in 2 places and in need of stitches in a couple places. So for Christmas I ordered these gauntlets for my father for his Christmas (gag) gift!! I wrapped the box and on the tag specifically wrote to Daddy to use when taking care of the dog and in bold NOT FOR OTIS (the dog's name)!!! And these gauntlets were the hit of our family Christmas party!! Everyone had to try them on, everyone came up with their little jabs at my dad all day, (all in good fun of course)!! These gauntlets had to be the most talked about, passed around, tried on, and most popular gift of the day!!

Good fit if you have big hands, probably pretty loose for small handed persons. There are a few spots about the knuckles that can rub you wrong, but no broken skin. I wore them close to four hours with no complaints.

Great for cosplay, bought them for my son who loves his crusader outfit and they just fit his look perfectly he loves them. It came a little messed up the belt on one side but we were able to some what fix it. Fit his hands good.

Excellently made! No issues, no problems with it. They made this perfect in its design and structure. It operates and handles perfectly. Can't wait to start using this for Renaissance Faires. 😁⚔️🏹🛡

We picked these up on a whim for some fun photos my wife and I wanted to do and I was blown away by the quality of them for the price.

Maybe my expectations were high, but the poor quality of the underlying gloves made these weirdly restrictive gauntlets hard to wear. The seams were very exposed on the inside as well as being quite sharp, and the gloves themselves had a few holes. The item was bent in shipping such that the right glove had to be re-bent to fit my hand, along with a few other parts. These were also delayed for a month in customs - warning to all USA customers. A few suggestions if you ever plan to update this design: - Please, please try to use a more comfortable sewing joint on the inside. The square ends of the inside seams jammed against my finger webbing quite painfully. I would have loved to wear these if I could do so less painfully. - Also, if you're looking for better articulation in future models, I highly recommend slotting the rivet holes along the direction of motion. This allows the plates to slide a little to compensate for the motion of the wrist, and this was done on real armor from this period (see the Greenwich armor project). - If possible, please space the holes on the straps closer together. I loved your matching falling buffe burgeonet, and wish these were made with similar elegance. For now, these gloves will either have to become a project or wall-hangers. I can't sell these on as they are.

These things are great!!! A little heavy but that's to be expected with metal gloves. Lol. They fit comfortably and I believe they would protect you from whatever you need protecting from.

I got these for my grandson for his 13 Birthday. We were so impressed with the quality of these. Heavy , stainless steal on one side and leather on the other side. He already had the hood. But got a sword for his Birthday too. Now he wants to go for the costume. LOL
