Extra Potent Essential Oil Pure Manuka Oil High Triketone 40+ Content East Cape Te Araroa New Zealand

I use Manuka Oil to clean, numb and quickly heal minor wounds as well as a spot treatment for adult acne and fungal infections. The oil is amazingly effective at treating these problems; I had results in less than an hour! For best results, you may want to wash your skin first with Manuka Honey Propolis Soap . If you find direct application of the oil too strong for some reason, you can try diluting it by placing just a few drops in a little water and/or witch hazel, mixing, and then dabbing it on the area to be treated with a clean cloth. You should still get good results with the diluted version (and your bottle will last longer) but mine were not as dramatic as from direct application. I only tried the diluted version because some sites say using the oil directly is not recommended. However, once I switched to direct application, my results got much better much faster. I can literally say Manuka Oil changed my life for the better. Use it at least once or twice daily to fight acne or 3-4 times a day to help heal wounds. The oil has a strong medicinal odor (but not awful) so don't put it on if you are going out soon afterward or expecting company (especially the romantic kind). This is a small price to pay for such a miraculous oil, however. It works fast and does a great job. You should also consider trying East Cape New Zealand Manuka Honey Active UMF 20+ ; you can use it for acne spot treatment as well as honey masks (apply to face after washing and leave on for 30-60 minutes). When eaten, Manuka honey has two other benefits: it boosts your immune system and coats your gastro-intestinal tract (take a tablespoon of it about 20 minutes before meals). This is great if you suffer from IBS or other chronic gut/stomach upset, cramping, bloating, etc. Make sure you get UMF-certified Manuka Honey because others are not pure and will give you only a fraction of the true healing power of UMF honey. I would not get anything less than UMF 15+ because I don't think it will be a strong enough concentration. I prefer 20+ or 25+. The higher the UMF rating, the stronger it is.

I just started using this about 4 days ago for various issues. One is some dry patches in my knuckles which I suspect is actually related to Candida (because when I soak them in hydrogen pyroxide the dryness goes away for a long time. The Manuka oil hasn't really cleared up the dry patches so far. I also put it up my nose (!) on a chronic sore that I've had inside my nose for over a year, ever since catching some really intense flu thing from my son. I was sick on and off for about 3 months, and then after I recovered I still had this sore inside of my nose! It hurt! And yes it's nasty to talk about! And it sucks! haha.... And if I put double antibiotic ointment on it for a few days in a row the sore goes away for a few weeks, but then it returns. So I've been putting this Manuka oil on it for 4 days and the sore is still there, but symptoms are reducing. I'm still hoping for a total cure. I will report on that later. I've also had an itchy spot on the back of my calf for about 18 years. It itches on and off. Sometimes being intense for a few days, and sometimes not itching for a month. I have no idea what it is and I've seen a dermatologist, a regular doctor and many different alternative health practitioners about it. None of them had any clue. I've tried regular tea tree oil it with no effect, as well as many other powerful natural remedies. Nothing helped. HOWEVER, it was itching consistently when this Manuka oil arrived 4 days ago, so I applied oil to the spot and I've done it once every day since then. It hasn't itched since. I'm hoping I may finally have a cure here! I will report back after some time has passed. Or if I forget, comment on this and ask me to report. So why do I love this stuff so much after just four days and some inconclusive results? Mainly because when I put this stuff up my nose (yes, I know it sounds weird!) it smells INCREDIBLE. And it FEELS incredible. It feels like a 100% pure, cold wind is blowing through my sinuses.

This manuka oil works great as a spot treatment for those random blemishes and/or whiteheads. Depending on how big the offending blemish is, they can go away from as little as one day to about 2 or 3 days later by simply dabbing a bit of manuka oil on the blemish with a Q-tip in the morning and then at night before bed. It dries up whiteheads fast, and then they simply just scab up and flake away. The only downside of this product is the extremely strong smell, which isn't noticeable aside after a few minutes aside from a few times when I had a bad breakout and needed to use a lot at one time. The oil can also run very easily if you use too much, so less is definitely more when using it. If your face is full of acne and blemishes then this probably won't do the trick because you'd be slathering the oil all over your face, which might actually cause more problems. However, if you just have random pimples or blemishes here and there, this stuff will definitely do the trick. I'm sure it also works great for other things too; if it can dry up the bacteria in a pimple I'm sure it can help in the healing process superficial infections and wounds as well.

I LOVE this stuff. I've purchased several bottles from this company. I use Manuka oil for all skin issues, and I'm able to apply it directly to my skin without any irritation or sensitivity. I've used it for a piercing bump on my newly pierced nose (bump is completely gone!), I've used it on cuts, scrapes abrasions, inflamed skin, and it's healed everything I've used it on. I swear by this stuff! I don't like the smell, but it's effectiveness outweighs that and it doesn't smell forever. I highly recommend this product! Update 6/9/19: Ben using this stuff for years now. It continues to be the most effective antimicrobial agent I've ever used. I don't care for the new "spout" they have for their bottles because too much comes out at a time and it's a waste, but I've changed that out for one of their original dripper-spouts and I'm back to getting small drops at a time. I don't want to use any other brand, because this one has been so effective!

On it's own, this products odor is not at all pleasant. Moreover, it's most unpleasant, even putrid, but which can be subsided to a less noticeable point if blended with other products, particularly scented essential oils. It does seem to have some medicinal qualities. But considering costs vs amount of product received, personally, I can't justify purchasing this product again.

I used to have very visible Rosacea redness and bumps. Ugly bumps. BIG ugly embarrassing bumps. Not any more! Been "clean" for over a year now! I tried all kinds of products and rosacea treatments, and nothing worked. Even tried tea tree oil...it helped mildly but turned my skin dry and flaky. Out of desperation, and while researching online around 2a one night because I couldn't sleep since I was severely depressed because of how I looked, I came across a blog that mentioned manuka oil. Got onto Amazon, ordered some, and within 2 days of getting the oil and putting it on my face, no more bumps or redness. Really. It was a Godsend! Soooo, I get a bladder/kidney infection a couple of months later. Manuka oil has antifungal/antibacterial properties...yep, decided to try it out. I refused to take antibiotics when my Dr told me I had a kidney infection, and had been using some other oils (oregano, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, lemon, and clove) to try and treat, but with no real effect. When I added four drops of manuka oil to the others, in a veggie cap every 4 hrs, all the pain was gone within a day, and infection "seemed to have resolved itself" by the next day. I had kept doing the oil pills until I got in to see my doctor 2 days later and she verified that my infection "seemed to have resolved itself". I will never be without this oil. My skin has never looked better, and not only is the rosacea controlled, those ugly chin-line acne cysts are all gone. Thank you to whoever it was that mentioned in their blog about manuka oil...you saved me. Truly.

Holy grail

I had a pretty severe case of fungal ringworm over 80% of my face and neck. It was terribly red and itchy, plus it would make my skin flake off in big patches every few days. I used Lotrimin for ringworm for 4 weeks, twice a day, and it just barely worked. I noticed every morning that the rash was either the same-no reduction- or actually worse. The redness was really embarrassing. In desperation, I did more research, and discovered manuka oil. I have very sensitive skin that can't handle most beauty products, but the Manuka oil didn't irritate my skin at all, even full-strength from the bottle. Overnight I saw a huge reduction in the rash and redness, plus the itching and flaking had been soothed. I've been using the Manuka oil for five days and the ringworm is almost entirely cured. I can't praise this product enough! As an added bonus, it seems to have cleared up my acne and my skin looks softer and healthy. Every home should have this in their first aid kit! The scent is somewhere between pine, sandalwood and cinnamon. It's mild and woodsy. This is the single best natural antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral product I have ever found! Ten stars!!
