Best C serum
My favorite C serum. Have tried several others. PureCeuticals serum has 20% C, which experts advise is the most effective concentration. It does not turn into a peel on my skin, which others did. Before this C serum, I had to wait several hours, after using a serum, before applying makeup or even moisturizer, to prevent it from all peeling off as I tried to add on. This does not happen with PureCeuticals serum. Instead it soaks in, and I can add more layers immediately. Slows the appearance of spots and eliminates occasional breakouts on my not-so-young skin. One small keratosis shrunk and disappeared, over several months, after I started using this serum daily. Keeps my skin generally clear and brighter. Of course, careful storage is important to preserve ingredients - cool and out of the sun is best. Helpful and responsive seller. Contact directly through Amazon. The negative ratings confound me. Not one of them has actually left a review to explain their lower opinions. One never knows what to make of unexplained ratings, good or bad, at Amazon. Maybe the old system of reviews only was preferable.
