I love that it’s dentist-formulated and doesn’t contain any harsh ingredients. I'm not sure what I think of this. I love the mouthwash, and it definitely works to keep your breath fresh all day. But this toothpaste has the feel of whitening gel, and doesn't foam up like toothpaste that we're used to. I've been adding it on my brush along with my regular toothpaste since I don't want to waste it. Seems to me like a waste of money. I will say the mouthwash-yay, the toothpaste-nay.

As others have mentioned. This toothpaste is odd. It doesn't foam. It has a unique taste, and it's a gel (which I've never used before). I have sensitive teeth. I used Sensodyne for years but it didn't seem to do much for me. Due to my income, I don't visit the dentist too often. I've needed expensive treatments every time I go because my teeth hurt more when I brush regularly, then when I don't. So I've never had the best oral hygiene routine. After my last horrific dentist visit, I decided to start trying different kinds of toothpaste in the hopes I could get my sensitivity down and continue to fight my gum issues. I tried some pastes meant to help with gingivitis and tooth sensitivity, but I didn't see any change in my gums. Then I saw this one online and decided to start using it. After a couple of weeks, my breath *was* fresher. But for the first time in my entire life, my teeth and mouth felt CLEAN after brushing, and my tooth sensitivity started to go away. I felt my gums healing and I knew I had found my toothpaste. Flash forward to March, and because of the pandemic, I couldn't find it through my usual supplier. So I just went back to the paste for gum health. After one use my gums were throbbing and red, and my teeth hurt. Even my wife who previously had no preference for toothpaste said "I'm not using that anymore, we need to get the Therabreath." We both decided then and there that this toothpaste is the only paste for us. It's been about a month since I started using it again and my mouth is finally back on the road to long-lasting oral health.

I am a former smoker, a professional chef who Loves anything garlic and other long lasting flavors of foods. That said, all of us who appreciate more pungent things to eat and consume usually have the breath to match our indulgences! Enter Thera-Breath toothpaste, which upon first use, does not greatly impress with its very mild flavor and simply clear appearance on your toothbrush...there is no color or opaque qualities to this at all, could be thick water for all you know. This does not offer any immediate freshness of mint or any other flavor to mask mouth odors at all... That said, what you do notice immediately is that your mouth shifts into absolute neutral with use of this product! No more stale tastes or bad breath, and the ability to go between even a couple of cumin or garlic laden meals without out denuding its effects. Common mouthsores and other conditions simply disappear; probably due to the lack of irritating ingredients to make the mouth cleaner smelling. This is an innovative product which performs admirably, my wife says destroys morning breath as well. A true game changer as far as toothpastes go and well worth a try. I do not recommend using this in conjunction with other pastes or mouthwashes as these diminish longer lasting effects of this toothpaste, unless of course, you were to use their version of mouthwash, which I am now ordering just to see what it's like---I otherwise have no need for any other product like this one.
