Confusing
I could not find on the packets where measurements were in English measurements. Such as how much to use in a gallon of milk for making cheese. So I put the whole thing in and my cheese did not turn into curds.๐ฅ

Worst rennet I ever used
Tried 3 batches. Followed normal methods and I tried their instructions and the milk never kurded up. Waste of time.
