Anita Women's 5427 Top Comfort Non-Wired Everyday Bra

I used to HATE wearing a bra. In fact I had decided not to ever wear one again (and I didn't for 23 months). Then I tried this one. It is actually more comfortable than not wearing a bra. Hard to imagine I know. It is cotton, so its cool. It fits well. The support is great. The straps don't slip. It is the best bra I have ever worn.

I'm knocking off one star because the 34F I received is a little too large in the underband, meaning that I've had to wear it on the tighest fastening from new, which doesn't bode too well for the bra's lifespan - once the elastic begins to give, I'll have nowhere else to go. I won't try 'sister-sizing' down to a 32 band, since this method doesn't work with Anita bras. The underband also has a tendency to fold up on itself, but unlike with some bras, this hasn't caused me any discomfort. Another reviewer noted that the straps may slip if you are narrow in the shoulder. The bra is fine for me in this respect, but the straps are made wide for support, so I can see how they may cause a problem for some people.

I love Anita bras, they are so comfortable and fit so well. This one is a lovely champagne colour and the fabric is brilliant, very soft but heavy enough to be supportive. Even though I am overweight, there is nothing that digs into me. I'm looking forward to wearing it on a 15 hour flight. As previous reviewers have said, it does come up big on both the overall size and the cup.

This bra was recommended to me a long time ago, and this is first time I've remembered to order one. It has lived up to its recommendation. It seems to me there aren't many cotton bras without padding and unwired available. This one is rather more expensive than other bras I've bought (possibly due to extra tariff because of Brexit) but it is worth the extra money (well made and comfortable), and will purchase more in due course.

Fits perfect

First of all, I love the Anita Jana bra that I already own. I bought that bra in sand from a bra company, and it is the most comfortable and supportive bra ( apart from the Anita MicroEnergen) that I have ever owned. Since that bra fits me, I felt confident buying the same in black on Amazon, especially since I am always a 34 band in every bra I buy. However, this bra is massively bigger around, even on the tightest setting and so gives me no support at all, and they don’t do a 32” band. If you are a 36 band or above, then buy here and my advice would be to buy a size smaller maybe, but if you are a 34 band I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

I brought this item knowing that it would fit and that it is an excellent and popular non-wired bra. It arrived quickly. I thought the price was very good compared to a shop brought one I had previously. I should have checked the item carefully before detaching tags and disposing of the packaging as when I did look there was about a 2 cm piece of overlocking stitching undone on the side-back section next to the strap. Hugely disappointed that a relatively expensive make of bra had this sort of damage. I would have thought it should have been seen by some sort of quality control. I felt unable to return it so I have managed to replace the missing stitches with my own sewing machine and hopefully there will be no compromise to the structure and support when in use.

I came across this item and am v pleased with it. Very comfortable to wear. It is mostly cotton which is more suitable.

These bras are truly the best out there so well made they last for years, I tried another brand was so disappointed thought I was saving money it ended up being more expensive in the long run.
