Arrived very quickly, description as advertised. Very easy to take capsules, no taste, great product so far. I have been poorly for a couple of months & started taking this. I have noticed a huge change in my breathing whether this is down to these capsules along with other things I don’t know but I’m going to keep taking them.

Helps histamine intolerance
I wasn’t sure this was doing much of anything - along with everything else I’m taking for histamine intolerance- but the second I stopped the Quercetin the hives started so guess it is working!

Très efficace !
Je suis allergique aux pollens et graminées et là où je vis, les pollens arrivent dès février et peuvent rester présents jusqu'à fin août. Je prends 1 à 2 gélules de quercétine chaque matin et c'est vraiment très efficace. Cela me permet de prendre beaucoup moins de médicaments (seulement dans les périodes très actives au niveau des pollens). Je recommande à 100 % !
