First time to drink matcha so cannot compare taste, texture or aroma to other matcha brands. Product arrived in a lovely box, tea in foil packaging inside a cute tin with plastic inner csp to keep it fresher.

Vibrant smooth matcha! Was looking for an alternative to Jenki London who make the best matcha but it comes at a steep price point This matcha can definitely hold up compared to Jenki: both are ceremonial grade, shade grown from Uji, Japan. I personally use 1 tsp matcha with 30 ml water, froth it up and add it to iced oat milk

I have tried A LOT of Ceremonial Matcha - I drink one every morning in lieu of coffee. I've also had plenty of ceremonial matcha in Japan, where the quality is taken seriously. This is the most authentic, best quality stuff I've been able to find in Europe. Bright green and brews that way, very little bitterness, powdered so fine it whisks in so smooth. It's spendy, but if you're drinking it, it's worthwhile. For baking, stick with the lesser grades (Clearspring does a lovely premium quality that is just as good for those uses).

Overpriced for the quality of the matcha. It is not bad quality, but for the price there are more green, vibrant and finely milled matchas (such as moi cha). I like the packaging, however i found it more dull in comparison to other matchas at a similar price point as perhaps slightly grainy. However I am nitpicking, overall it is very drinkable and pleasant, just overpriced.

I needed this while I was away as running out, it looks the same as what I normally buy in the shop when at home, when I first open the drink it tasted a little metallic But this didn’t last for the whole of the team.
