That's not pure creatine as with every serving there's 3g of HMB, however from what I read online the two mix nicely together and are supposed to give a slightly better result than just creatine. It's easy to dissolve with water and it feels like any other creatine. The big negative point is the price, it's very expensive. Similar products can be easily half of the price of this one. I like the Boxed brand, but in my opinion, this is not a great value product. Kinda disappointing

Not been having it for very long but no side effects or any bad sides. A good mix of HMB and Creatine that i mix with before and after workout drinks. also on rest days with a protein drink. Too early to tell any difference yet but having these two together is an advantage. (I hope! )

Been using this for a month and love it. I feel much stronger during workouts and It mixes great with no after taste.

I’ve recently started using this as it was recommended by a friend and it’s now a staple in my daily supplements. Best I’ve used by far!
