This works extremely well for some, including me
When I was a child I would see old people with copper bracelets. When I'd ask what they were for (since they obviously weren't pretty being all green-looking) they told me it helps with arthritis. People have been using these for decades. Like all copper bracelets, this works amazingly well for some, but not everyone. I hate when some reviewers give devices like this (or supplements) one star because it didn't work for them. Three stars would be more fair since everyone's different and just because it didn't help you, it may be the answer someone else is looking for. The styling of this bracelet is eye-catching and it's still as shiny as when I bought it. I learned a long time ago that copper bracelets relieved the arthritis pain in my hands and elbows. Having two doesn't help any more than one. You don't even need to wear it on the side where the pain is the worst. I have a theory why that is. I'm not a medical doctor but I research everything fully. Painkillers work by blocking the brain's reception to pain. The pain is still there but the brain no longer receives that signal. I believe that copper rings and bracelets work in a similar way to prevent the signals from being received. After not wearing it for a few days, I start feeling the pain again. A few weeks and I'm in agony if I bump my elbow, even lightly. Why did I stop wearing one? Another brand that I bought on Amazon had magnets and a couple fell out revealing very sharp edges that began making tiny cuts in my wrist. They were so small they looked like a rash, so I thought I had grown allergic to the bracelet. I stopped wearing it and the pain didn't immediately come back. The "rash" cleared up and I kept meaning to replace it, but it wasn't until I bumped my elbow very slightly on a door and it brought tears to my eyes. When I got the bracelet back out I was going to clean it, thinking maybe something had gotten on it that was causing the rash. That's when I discovered the missing magnets and could feel the abrasiveness of it. I still wore it until this one came in. I won't be without one again. I don't get the magnets in these. They are completely unnecessary but you can't find one without. I had a real cheap one many years ago that was super flimsy that had no magnets and it worked just as well. It turned green as did my wrist but it didn't cause any issues. It finally got so bent out of shape that it must have gotten caught when I was removing a jacket and fallen off when we were on vacation. I never took it off, so I didn't leave it anywhere. It just wasn't there anymore. Since then, all of these I've seen have magnets. I've not seen any scientific evidence that the magnets do anything. It's the copper, not the magnets. Your results may vary. If you have arthritic pain, give this a try. It's sturdy, stylish (if you're over 50), and stays pretty and shiny, unlike others that turn green over time. It may be the answer you're looking for. My arthritis is the worst in cold months. My hands would feel like they couldn't move freely and there was a dull pain when I did things. It wasn't debilitating, just annoying. I no longer fear winter.

Six Years Later ...
I've had this bracelet a long time but don't often wear it. I happened to be wearing it to a jewelry store recently and just randomly asked the jeweler to check the copper content, while he was testing some gold items. He tested it and said it's 99.9% copper. Very good. I vaguely remember people saying it's not copper in the reviews but, not true. It's pure copper and has kept it's good look and quality.

Fits small wrists
I wanted to write this review for anyone who has small wrists. I have really small wrists, I usually wear size 5.5 or extra small bracelets, so I was hesitant about buying this size 6.5 bracelet. However, it was highly recommended to me by someone who had experienced great results so I knew I wanted this brand. I'm really happy with the fit. I was able to squeeze it to the size I needed easily. It definitely doesn't hug my wrist, it's loose, but the fit is good. It looks nice, feels nice, doesn't fall off. Health benefit wise, the first day it was already helping with the stiffness and soreness in my right wrist. The person who recommended it to me said it helped with his low back pain so I'm hoping it will help with my tail bone pain too. But it's too soon to tell. I'll give it the 2 months they say to try it. Even after that I'll still wear it because of how it's helping with my wrist though. I'm giving it 4 stars because in order to get it off I'll have to bend it again, and I'm afraid over time it may wear it out and it may break. So far I've showered and slept with it on so I don't have to take it off, but when I do... Ya, we'll see how well / long I'm able to keep doing that.

I’ve had it 3 months a not longer have pain in my hand.
I think I’ve had this cute little bracelet for over 3 months and have not taken it off since the day it arrived. I initially ordered it because I was having minor pain in my right middle finger, and since my mom had arthritis I got checked and got confirmation rheumatoid was detected in my blood. It was minor discomfort but noticeable enough to tell mother-in-law who said she used a copper bracelet that works for her. Turns out it works for me as well. Maybe because I used it as soon as I was diagnosed. I’m not sure if someone with full-blown arthritis will experience complete relief like me but it’s possible it could help. And everything little bit helps when it comes to pain. I’m no longer feeling any effects from my arthritis in my hand and I love the way it looks on my arm. The green on my wrist is supposed to happen and I believe it means that the copper is absorbing into my skin and bloodstream. In truth, my symptoms did not completely disappear until the green stated to appear on my wrist which was a few weeks after I started wearing it. It was gradual with my pain as stiffness becoming less and less noticeable over time and then eventually I realizing I don’t feel any pain or stiffness at all anymore. One more thing... In my opinion, Amazon has started to be touch-and-go over the last few years were “reviews” are questionable at best, making it hard to know if you can or should trust them anymore. So I’m making a point to leave a review when I come across a quality product that does what it says. If you want more REAL reviews on Amazon, make sure to mark that THIS ONE was a helpful review. I believe it helps it get to the top. Also, start leaving reviews when you come across a great product.

Close ... could get closer
I have have been using another copper bracelet (different brand) with 6 magnets for minor aches and pains and wanted to purchase another for rotation purposes. I came across this one and after seeing the elegant style and reading the great reviews decided to purchase one. The package arrived and the presentation of the bracelet in the soft tan pouch was very nice. The colour and size were very close to the picture posted -which is always nice however after looking at it closely the band itself is not perfect. The band I received has a slight wave to it, was not level and the sides of the band have been nicked. While this may happen over time with use it is disappointing to receive it in this condition. Furthermore there was no contact information provided for customer inquires - or quality control concerns. Perhaps both the condition and the lack of customer QC support were oversights - yet both were disappointing. It would be nice to have them rectified. Until then, I can only say this product is close to good... but could get closer to a top tier product.

It's PERFECT.
I have been wearing copper bracelets on and off for over 10 years. I have what may be arthritis in the top knuckle of my left index finger, and the swelling and pain go away whenever I wear a copper bracelet. Last year, I bought a magnetic bead bracelet, which also helped, but I lost it when I took my coat off. I haven't worn anything since winter, and when my knuckle started "clicking" and sticking this week (it's getting colder now in Chicago), it was time to find another bracelet. I fell in love with the smoothness of this bracelet when I saw the picture. Some of my other bracelets have been from the dollar store, and the braided ones begin unraveling after a while. They also catch on my little one's curly hair. This is the most $$ I've spent on one, and I'm so glad I did. It arrived yesterday and I put it on immediately. It is beautiful!! Also, it is so smooth, I forgot I was wearing it almost immediately. And no hair-catching either. This morning, my knuckle is less swollen and there is no "clicking" or sticking. Now about the fit. I have 6.5 inch wrists. I was able to nicely wrap the bracelet around my left wrist and there is still a 1/4 inch gap left. This bracelet CAN be tightened around your wrist without making it pointy on top, if done properly. And that's not hard to do: 1) Place the bracelet on your wrist where you would like it to sit (you can move it around later). 2) Wrap your other hand over the bracelet 3) Using your middle finger and thumb of your other hand, SLOWLY close the bracelet around your wrist until it feels comfortable and can still move around a little (you don't want to cut off your circulation!!) This bracelet retains it's shape nicely, because I opened it back up and repeated 1-3 above twice until it felt right. I leave a little room (about 1/8 inch) for the bracelet to move around because I do not like it tight. I have attached pictures to show how smoothly the bracelet sits on my wrist (I would have shaven my arm first, LOL, if I had noticed how magnified my hair looked.) Hope that helps!

Only one arrived! Three bags, one copper bracelet!
I purchased these last week as a gift and was thrilled when they arrived and the recipient of one of the bracelets immediately felt such relief that I gave him another one. He was so pleased that I decided to order another set (3 for 2) fir additional gifts. When I opened this package tonight, it has three velvet bags and only ONE bracelet!!! I feel completely ripped off!!!! I would have given this a 5 star review after the first shipment arrived, but now that I have been cheated and do not know who to go to for help, I feel no choice but to rate this a 1, sadly. I want my money back or the products that I ordered and paid for!

Works for me!
I'm not going to speculate on the science of how copper jewelry affects migraines, but I can tell you that this bracelet works for me. I got this along with a few other things because I was having a string of migraines that seemed to be getting worse and more frequent. This was an "I'll try anything once" purchase and I'm glad I did. Could it be psychosomatic? Absolutely. If that's what it is, so be it. If it works, it works. Does it work absolutely perfectly? Apparently not. I still had a couple of migraines over the past month. But it's a far cry from 5-6 days a week. I had to get used to wearing a bracelet but after a couple weeks, it's like it's not even there anymore. It's light but solid. It is real copper and will develop a patina after a while. If you can't live with that, then this might not be the bracelet for you. I got it for health, not ornamentation and for that, it works (for me).

Well worth the money and a nice gift for friends
Used for pain relief. It is very comfortable to wear and very light in weight. Thickness dose not hinder any movement of the wrist.
