Easy to use and helps me to balanceAfter having a back surgery I wasn’t able to bend or balance wellThis did the trick .I couldn’t be more pleased in how it’s helped me to be able to exercise and stretch with ease .

It says the band are adjustable and they don’t appear to be. If I can’t adjust the bands it’s really a useless product. I’ll be returning it.

I think this is awesome however, I am 5'3 and I felt like the traps were a little too long for me so I looked up how to make them shorter and it works much better.

Hard to adjust the bar for the different resistance levels, comfortable when using, you’re able to feel the burn while exercising. If you YouTube the different exercises it’s really helpful as you use the product

The box was open when I received it. It appears like it has been opened a million times before it was shipped to me. Not happy.
