Purchased for a spare bedroom it is really comfortable and extremely straightforward to put together with great storage in the drawers. Ordered it on a Thursday and got a text that Thursday night to say it was coming on Saturday however the estimated delivery was for quite a few days later in November. I had plans for Saturday so replied saying could they deliver on Monday instead but didn't get a confirmation. I got a call on Saturday morning to say the delivery man was 30 mins away. Fortunately this was quite early so it was convenient for me to accept delivery and the delivery man was fantastic. He wore a proper mask for social distancing and was professional and helpful. As it happened the Saturday delivery worked really well as I was able to arrange for the bed to be made up on Monday which was fortunate with another lock down due. Given the price I was concerned about quality but it truly is terrific value and a great buy. Clear plastic wrapping which kept it all spotless without tons of cardboard to dispose of. 5*

So the bed itself looks lovely, but the board the mattress sits on turns out to be nothing but think cardboard. And the whole think is held together with staples. Very cheaply made. Lasted 2& half years in my teenage daughters bedroom until the baseboard gave way completely & the mattress by this time had a sunken hole in it & a broken spring sticking out of the covering. It was totally unusable after 2 & held years. A complete waste of money.

Really easy to set up, quick delivery and bed is really nice and comfortable

Arrived 3 days before the first estimated delivery date. I recieved a message 2 days before and a phone call 15mins prior to delivery. Only downside was that I had to re-adust the holes for some of the castors due to them being misaligned slightly. My daughter finds the mattress comfortable and the drawers are big enough for what she needs them for. Very happy with the purchase and would buy again in the future.

The head board is loose so you have to put something behind it so it doesn't move in the night and wake you up

The beds (I got two 4ft doubles with side drawers) arrived in good time with delivery arranged by the courier. They were brought in by the helpful delivery driver. The bases come in two halves which are joined together on the underside by plastic U clips. There is a separate bolt for the headboard.All in all these beds are nice quality. I was a bit worried the bases looked and felt a bit light and flimsy upon arrival, but once they are joined together with the mattress on top, the bed is pretty solid. We got the crushed silver one and the white fabric one, and both are nice. The two side drawers are a good size and quite deep.I would recommend these beds, the mattresses in particular are very nice with memory foam on one side and look comfy.EDITED 2023 - these lasted less than 2 years. The bed literally caved in, as it turns out the top layer is literally made from thick cardboard. The entire bottom half of the bed sunk completely into the drawer underneath. The mattress deflated too leaving springs sticking up, and the castors all fell off, as well as the clips which hold the two halves of the divan broke apart. Two years is ridiculous for such a big purchase. AVOID.
