Doesn't come with any directions but the seller did send me some when I asked, however, the mirror never charged up and never worked. the light on the mirror never came on. So frustrated and because it was a christmas present, by the time it was installed and we realized that it didn't work, it was well past a 30 day period which most places have for returns plus we already put it on the wall before we knew it wouldn't charge. A lot of money for bad product.

We recently remodeled our bathroom and used black fixtures. This was the only black wall mounted mirror with a light that I could find. It took a few weeks to receive it, (it did arrive earlier than the original delivery date),but we didn’t need it right away as it was the last item to be installed. After about a month, we opened the package to install it and the light did not work. We tried charging it (we even installed a usb on our electrical outlet!), and it still wouldn’t work. I reached out to the company and the customer service was awesome! They replaced the mirror. They told me up front that it would take a few weeks, but it was worth the wait! They even let me keep the non working mirror! The mirror is a great addition to our newly remodeled bathroom! Customer service was great. I received a prompt reply each time I reached out to them!

The mirror is well made and exactly as described. I am returning it because the 10x is too strong for me. Who knew there would be so much to think about with a magnifying mirror. When I look at it, it makes me dizzy and I have to be within inches to focus. I am returning it and found a 5x. I do wear over the counter “reader” glasses depending on what I am looking at, but the 10x is too strong for me. My advice - go to Walmart/Target and look at the cheap mirrors there to make sure of the strength you will need. It’ll save you the trouble of buying and then returning.

I love this! No wires/cords hanging down. Clear images in mirror. Bright light for applying makeup. Probably going to order another one for other bathroom.

Even if the light wears out, like some have said, its better than having a cord hang down and is lighter in weight than that type anyway! 10 mag means you need to get right up to it to see, he loves that. The first manuf I bought had sent me a used one with toothpaste splatters all over it///////// gross.........this one had a proper box & all!!! Very happy!

Unit is lightweight but well made. Mirrors are good with no distortion. Light lasts a long time between charges and is a good solution for not having to run a power cord when hanging on a wall in my RV.

This is a very nice wall makeup mirror, fits against the wall with good light. However, 10x magnification is way too much for applying makeup or shaving. In order to be in focus your face must be inches from the mirror making it difficult to use hence the 3 overall stars. As the dual sided mirrors are more expensive check what magnification you need prior to ordering.

Super practical and nice design! Glad you don’t have to hardwire it or keep it plugged in. Nice black Matt finish to go with the new plumbing fixtures.
