Very nice flavour.
I am very impressed with this chestnut flour. I've only made pancakes so far but my goodness what nice pancakes they were. The texture is a little different from using wheat flour maybe a little more chewy & I did think I could taste the chestnut flavour very slightly, which was lovely. I have a wheat intolerance so being able to eat pancakes again was fantastic. Being organic was a bonus too. I would recommend trying this brand. Its a shame you cannot purchase a larger box size, only buying more of the same size boxes is what you have to do, which is a waste of packaging. The outer box is cardboard so that can be recycled, the inner bag is plastic to keep the flour dry. Price seems to be about average when compared to others on Amazon.

Wonderful product and excellent quality
I bought this flour to try it on some cakes some time ago but never did until this weekend. With the right recipe it is truly delicious. It let you taste the chestnuts in full glory and it allows you to have a great gluten free cake at the same time. Will surely experiment more and will not even consider looking at any other brand since this product is so exceptional. So glad I found it

Nice for baking
I used it for making castagnaccio. This time it didn't end up properly cooked, but I don't know if it is the product or something with the recipe I used. The flavour of the chestnut flour is good.

Good but pricey
This chesnut flour is good and a great addition for baking. We use it to do crepes, pancakes or cakes. We will buy more but it is very expensive.
