This is the dog’s…
Well, ours is a little miniature albeit overweight lady dachshund, so no boll0x so to speak, But when I noticed her last week literally gnawing at the top of her front paw wrist exposing red, inflamed and rather wheeping clear glistening discharge. Her front paws have these skin folds that she tends to religiously but some kind of yeast infection from her ear must have contaminated her paws. So, we sort of diagnosed it as pyoderma. Before rushing to the vet however and going through painful long winded exams that from previous doggies we know would probably even require biopsy and skin scraping and lab results, we decided to try Paddipaws. Our other dog is exactly like the one shown on the label :-). Someone said in another review that it room two treatments to make the infection go away. I must be honest, I was not very optimistic, but still: washed all bedding, cleaned her ear out again with antifungal antiseptic, gave her a long bath with Paddipaws, stuck a fluffy collar on her to stop her from licking the site, and also ensured our other dog did not go licking it either. Perhaps we got it early. Perhaps all the extra precautions helped, but I like to think that Paddipaws was certainly instrumental in removing the infection. After the second day and third treatment, after days of her feeling sorry for herself and making moaning and crying voices that broke our hearts - she hated the collar, she felt we were punishing her - and after giving her constant love and affection, she became her old cheeky self by day four, seeking out pseudo fight playing, demanding cuddled and treats, and sleeping so very soundly, with the obsessive attraction to her paws, the incessant licking and fur pulling all but gone! I have never had experience of this condition. Obesity makes the folds more prone to getting moisture and beasties growing in the perfect conditions, plus her being in heat and her temp higher than normal Made them perfect grounds for the yeast to take hold. But I am now wise to it all, Armed with Paddipaws and knowledge about keeping her folds well groomed and dried after a wash or getting wet I am hoping this will not happen again. So, I must apologise for my initial doubts or may indeed be of any use, and wholeheartedly say that this gentle, unscented, Beautifully foaming shampoo is now and forever part of the grooming routines of both our dogs. I doubt any visit to the vet would have had any quicker results. Some dogs have a genetic predisposition to such infections, or so we were told about our previous beauty. I wish I had known about Paddipaws then, may have helped then too. It definitely has now. As I said taking it seriously and imposing a whole hygiene and no-licking protocol has also helped and her fur is now growing back while the skin seems to have lost its red raw inflamed look. It definitely has no signs of discharge anymore and she is back to grooming herself normally, no longer jumping up and trying to chew her leg off. I say give it a go and see for yourself, don’t just take my word for it! Thanks Paddipaws!

Allergy shampoos for dogs
Lovely and fresh and lasts a while. Our bulldog has allergies that badly effect his paws. Sadly it hasn't help his paws, although we do soak them in the shampoo. Cleans them well before I apply any other treatment

Paddipaws antifungal shampoo
Bought a bigger bottle this time. This shampoo is a must have for my dog. My Akita girl suffers from seasonal skin allergy. Some places on her body become crusty yellow (including face). I used steroid cream , antyfungal cream. Nothing helped too well. Decided to wash her affected skin in this shampoo daily. I even wash her face with tis shampoo. It has slight herbal scent but it doesn't bother her. Normally she would snooze on any scent but not this. It doesn't irritate the skin or eyes. Skin become much clearer and is not irritated like before. I highly recommend this product.

Smells great but dog was allergic
Lovely smelling product, however my dog unfortunately had an allergic reaction to it. Probably a dog issue rather than the shampoo itself, but worth nothing that there is the possibility of skin irritation.

Fantastic product
I’ve struggled with my yorkie for years. I found that Allerderm helped him a lot. However he still had his existing problem. This shampoo has finally solved the underlying issue. I had bathed him three times using this shampoo. From the very first time I used it I noticed an improvement. I had no idea what his condition was but he was continuously itchy and often had red marks. I wasn’t sure if the red marks were from where he was scratching or the underlying condition. I gave up with the vet a long time ago as I got nowhere there apart from a lot of expense. If you’re having similar problems with your dog i strongly suggest trying this shampoo. It’s easy to apply and wash off. Although the instructions say to leave it on for a few minutes, I leave it on for about ten minute's. I use the Body shop coconut oil first leaving it on for about five minutes. I then shampoo making sure to rinse everything off thoroughly. The instructions say use it twice a week for the first week then once a week thereafter. I tried this for several months. But this didn’t really work well for my Yorkshire Terrier. So I began bathing him with this shampoo regularly twice weekly and he is now comfortable and almost completely clear of his condition. And his hair has started coming back in the areas that he had lost it. After a lot of research I’m very sure that the condition he has is Pyoderma which is a bacterial infection of the skin and hair follicles. He originally had pus filled blisters on his skin which I could not work out what they were. This shampoo is working as it deals with Pyoderma. He is now comfortable and happy. I will continue using this shampoo for him to be sure this problem never reoccurs. My dog is very happy and I’m a very happy customer. I hope that this helps anyone else who is having similar problems with their dog.

Coat problem on a 21year old dog
This shampoo is excellent ; one shampoo and an amazing difference already ; second time shampooing and should be cleared ; she had quite a lot of fungal stuff on her coat ; she was the only one with it so I’m not sure what type it was but I’m very pleased with this product 👍

Merci
Parfait !

coat got so beautifully soft
2 things for sure a) my puppys coat got super soft and silky and b) he did not vomit after i used it on him unlike some other shampoos. As for the itching ive only used twice ATM,it does seem to be slightly reduced, still early dayZ though.

Bien
