We have been using this cream for 6 years. It was the only thing that worked for my child's red, itchy skin. It was magic in a bottle for us when we found it. Four days and eczema was clear. Because of that, we were able to identify eczema triggers and come up with a plan to almost completely stop flares. We had one extremely bad flare and a couple other flares that required steroids for a few days (the really bad one we used rx steroid for two weeks). Other than that, it has severely reduced our need for steroids. We tried to switch to something else about a year ago because of the cost, but we switched back (in a few days, the eczema rash was back - and Trukid helped it clear up again). I'd give 4.5 stars if I could, because the only complaint I have is the cost. Of course, it's worth it because it works, but they used to make a 12 oz tub that had a lower cost per ounce. The 12 oz was nice because we didn't have to purchase so often. However, I have 5 stars because of how well it worked for us. It has a very faint scent from the ingredients used, but it's barely noticeable. I feel like I sound like I'm affiliated with the company, but I'm not. It just worked that well for us. It's likely we'll never switch as long as I'm purchasing cream for my child.

Absolutely amazing I thank God for this product my second child was born with eczema my first child wasn’t I didn’t know how to handle it I tried everything under the sun until finally I found this totally cleared up her eczema skin is nice and smooth I use this couple with the lotion I’ll probably use it for the rest of her life! The only minor itty-bitty drawback is the top I wish it was just a cap with a flip top or press top it would make it much easier to get the product out. Is semi pricey I have to purchase this probably once every three weeks or so but I understand the price because the ingredients are natural and probably expensive. I highly recommend this product!

My daughter has very sensitive skin and has eczema. She's had this condition ever since she was an infant and we could not find any product that was right for her - and yes we tried Dove as it is recommended by every Pediatrician and Dermatologist. Dove is a great product and I use it myself but it just didn't work for my daughter.Not much reviews on this product but we decided to try anyways since nothing seems to work and we're so glad that we did. For my daughter, this is the ONLY product that works. This product did not "cure" her condition however, it kept it under control even though every now and then her condition worsens due to weather for other factors. We liked their product so much we bought they bubble bath and their sun block. As a parent of a child with Eczema, finding products that we can use without their skin condition worsening is such a great feeling.

I love this lotion, and while it is a 5 star product, it's become far too expensive and the tube is TERRIBLE. Bring back the tub, PLEASE. You get way more bang for your buck. Two tubes cost more than the tub and have less lotion. AND, to make matters worse, you can't get the last of the lotion out of the tube without removing the lid and having someone with super strong fingers squeeze the last out. IT'S ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING. I am trying desperately to find something better for my son. I wish I knew somewhere other than amazon to get this lotion, just so I can see what the actual price in a store might be. I love Amazon, but sometimes they really up the price on stuff.

I've tried a number of creams for my child's eczema and this is one of the best I've found. It's great for anywhere on the body but I find it's especially good for the face compared to other creams since it's thick enough to be effective but not so thick that it leaves the face feeling coated or sticky. It's also free of chemicals, which are not only harmful but can irritate sensitive skin. The tube is a good size and format for travel versus the tub which is probably better if you are going to leave it at home or go through a lot of it, in my view.

Let me start off by saying this did help my 6 weeks old eczema on his face but in order for it to be hydrating enough I found myself reapplying it about 10 times a day, including middle of the night. This is a very thin lotion. So as long as you don't mind the reapplicatins, you're good. Needed something thicker so I bough the trukid super soothing eczema cream. That was thicker and was longer lasting on his skin. We still use this as an all over body lotion for my son, which is great because it's light. No fragrance, yet still pleasant scent. Leaves his skin really soft.

We have been battling my daughter's eczema for months and with the warmer weather, it was just getting worse and worse. It was much worse than this before picture, it was fire engine red and weeping with areas of scabs. And it itched her so badly she could barely keep her hands off of it, impairing any healing as well.I read the reviews and decided to try this and it only took 4 days to work! I used it in combo with the TruKid Eczema Serum in the morning and at night.The serum is lightweight and absorbs well and the lotion is thick but also absorbs very well. It's not greasy like so many other natural creams are.I am amazed at how how well this has worked! The itch is absolutely gone and she forgets she even has this problem area anymore.Fantastic and I suggest to anyone that wants to try the all natural path to JUST TRY IT! It might be your holy grail!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product. I used it for maybe 12 hrs and my eczema went from not so happy to absolutely freaking livid. My body did not like this product and it took 2 weeks for me to get my eczema back to manageable. Unfortunately I have not found anything to heal it, everything just helps keep the rash at bay or the dryness at bay, but nothing seems to take care of both. I was hopeful for cream because I’m using oils to manage and I get oil on everything since my eczema is on my hands. Unfortunately I’ll have to keep trying other creams, this was the worst yet though.The soap isn’t bad. I use it when I wash my hands and then put my oils back on after. If I can’t use this soap I just use water 🤷‍♀️
