Do these work on whiteheads under the skin surface?

Acropass Trouble Cure Microcone is designed to treat active acne blemishes, such as pimples and blackheads, that have already formed on the skin's surface. The product uses tiny micro-cones made of hyaluronic acid and salicylic acid to penetrate the skin and deliver the active ingredients directly to the affected area.
