To the co.- i greatly appreciate the "clean label" but the cranberry and hibiscus are not organic ??

The label does not state so, but it probably is as it would cost more if it were not. I can say that this product does work.

Does this have 1000 mg per capsule or 500 mg per capsule and 1000 mg per serving?

It is a confusing bottle. The serving size is 2 capsules. Amount per serving is 1000mg. Therefore each capsule has 500 mg. 60 capsules in the bottle. It says as a dietary supplement take one serving daily. For immediate support two to three servings may be taken daily. It is strictly my opinion, but in researching d-mannose you can get too much of it. I am taking one capsule three times a week to start, and so far, knock on wood, no bladder infection.

Is the capsule gelatin? Vegan?

Yes they are Vegan, as NewLife Naturals brand only uses Vegetable capsules for its products.
