Ordered to replace an existing two handled faucet on a pedestal sink. We like Delta fixture quality and warranty. Fit perfectly, installed easily. Needed a second set of eyes to assure it was positioned correctly when the mounting nuts were tighten. Would buy again.

The original die-hard design with some line mods that make it easier to install. Best thing is, there’s a lifetime guarantee and they will send you parts.

The faucet works as it should, but I will probably end up replacing it. The range of motion where water actually flows is small compared to the overall range. That means that you need to lift the handle almost all the way up to get it to turn on, and then you have to make tiny movements to adjust it. Not a big deal for the flow rate, since we almost always use it at full, but it makes adjusting the temperature harder, and a small bump can mean it goes from warm to scalding. The faucet body is made partly of metal and partly of plastic. It all feels cheap, which it was. I expect plastic in the inner workings, but not the outer body. The mounting screw posts were short for my installation. We have a custom cabinet that has a 3/4" wood top under the countertop, and that required longer screw posts. Fortunately they were easy to replace. I would not expect that to be an issue for most installations, but now you know in case your cabinet is like mine.

This replaced a fancier faucet that nobody had ever heard of that was basically unfixable. I purchased my Delta Foundations Centerset Chrome Bathroom Faucet on the recommend of my plumber who stopped by. Well, he got busy and kept me waiting too long so I got out the flashlight and crawled under the sink. Installation was a piece of cake!!! Even for an old guy who gets down good but needs a crane (feels like) to get back up with. Highly recommended for about as simple, lasting, and easily replaceable popular brand item for your dilemma!!

Ad clearly states drain included all over and was not included.

Listing is wrong. Clearly says with drain but delivered without (box clearly says w/o drain). I’m sure the quality is fine but I ordered and paid for a faucet with drain. Fix the listing!

Looks great. Made out of nice material. I’m very pleased with it so far. No leaks so far. Very easy to install. No problem. It cost a few dollars more than the others but I don’t have to worry about leaks or replacing it again for awhile on Saturday or after work.

Very easy installation, build quality seems good. Straight forward install directions.
