Litter Genie 2-Pack Cat and Disposal System

The 2-pack is great! I already have one and I love it so much I bought them as gifts for friends with cats. I don't know how cat owners do without a litter genie. I live in an apartment and the dumpster is not close, so using a litter genie really minimizes the trips to the dumpster. Plus, there is no smell and you can't even tell I have a litter box in my home.

Does what it says, works just like a diaper genie, but with 5 cats it filled up guickly & going back to my old method of using a plastic grocery bag is much quicker for me.

I bought two of these because I have three cats and had multiple litter boxes on two different floors of my house, so I kept one by each set of litter boxes. With the Litter Genie I can easily and quickly scoop every day and then empty the Genie every several days, reducing odor and making for happier cats. After about a month of this the cats actually stopped using the litter boxes upstairs so now I have fewer boxes to maintain!

They are okay. I’ll probably keep them. Not sure yet. But the one doesn’t latch. As soon as I took it out of the box I noticed it. They are just kinda cheaply made but I suppose it’s just holding kitty litter anyway. I just hope they work to keep the smell away.

How am I just now owning this product?! I have three cats and this has made my life so much easier. Excellent product, easy to change out the bag and it takes longer than expected to fill the container up. The waste never smells either! I highly recommend this product.

We have 5 cats, with 4 litter boxes spread out between two floors in our home. In order to eliminate odor, they are scooped out frequently, with the waste taken outdoors to the garbage cans immediately. It was a pain. These little containers seal the waste inside a plastic bag inside the canister. There is no odor whatsoever and you only have to change the bag after a number of days have accumulated. Once you cut and tie the bag, you pull a new bag down from the clever dispenser built inside the unit. This is a great time saver and it works perfectly. We purchased a total of 4 and love them.

I bought this pair of LItter Genies since our house has 5 litter boxes (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). I always hated cleaning the boxes because I'd have to search for an old grocery bag (one without holes!), and then find the litter scooper, and then run upstairs or downstairs to get the other boxes done. No more! I find that I clean the boxes much more often now that the Litter Genie is right there. Easy to use, I love the attached litter scooper that comes with it, so it's everything you need in one place! Absolutely no odors escape the system, and even when you empty the waste, the plastic is so nice that you can't even smell it when putting your nose right up against the bag. Genius! I'm actually thinking of buying another pair so I can have one in every room where there is a litter box!

Very cheaply made! The front latching mechanism does not secure properly and the top part will fall backwards often. Wish I would have gotten a different brand. I'm extremely disappointed.
