Probably the best outdoor storage solution for bicycles on the market today. The reason being both the easy of use, the design, and the pricing. You literally cannot beat the feature/function vs price for this solution. Rigid storage units (if you can even find one that will take multiple bicycles) are going to cost you 2-4 times as much money. Material and workmanship quality are outstanding. This will last for years in outdoor weather of all types. It was easy to assemble and set in place. The assembly directions were a little vague in a couple places, but there are literally so few parts to deal with it was not a real issue to figure it out. Note this product has cross supports on the sides (midway up) and across the top. However, it has no supports at the bottom and so you will want to anchor it either at the bottom using the supplied ground spikes, or you can use screws on the bottom into drilled concrete. You can also anchor it about waist high to a wall or other fixed structure using screws appropriate for what you are attaching it to. Personally, I used the ground spikes as well as two anchor screws at the back at waist level (through the supplied grommet holes), and it is solid and will not be swayed or moved by wind. It actually holds three full sized bicycles IF you store them by alternating the facing of the handle bars as you put them into storage. In other words, bike 1 faces handles to the left, bike 2 to the right and bike 3 back to the left again.

This product deserves the adjective awesome. I feared it might be a challenge to assemble. Not at all! Another good feature is it's light enough that one person can slide it around easily, even while fully assembled. The price is excellent for the overall product and quality. Yard Stash is a perfect name. I needed it in a pinch to put out on my back deck. It saved the day and was plenty roomy for my needs. Afterwards, I was ready to put it away for storage. Thunderstorms suddenly came and there was no point in letting my new Yard Stash get drenched. So I simply maneuvered the whole thing through my back door, into the house, for later disassembly. Moving it inside took all of 2-3 minutes. It looks cool, even inside the house. It has two air vents; however, as stated in the manual, it's not a tent or a toy. I agree with the documentation that you should secure the base (with the provided stakes or suitable alternative) and possibly attach one wall to a fence, if you want to keep it outside more permanently. Since it's light, the wind could lift it if not secured. The material is high quality. Another important point, when considering storage like this, is that it has a good, rugged floor. (Much better than a bare floor.) The Yard Stash is well sealed, lightweight but sturdy, not bad to look at, and comes rolled up in a convenient gym bag. It will be easy to store in a closet and will definitely be good to have for future use.

I bought two of these in January of 2016 and placed them on the shady side of the house. Yesterday I was putting the bikes away like I have done many times before and suddenly the handlebar busted through the side! At first I thought it was me having shoved a sharp edge or something into it but upon closer inspection, I noticed the fabric was rotted out. If you've ever seen a sun bleached convertible top that you can just push a hole into, you know what I'm talking about. I have emailed Yardstash about the issue and will report back. For now, three stars because I don't know what's going to happen. I will say that the design of the Yardstash is great but at the price, it should last way longer than two years. UPDATE: Yardstash responded with lightning quickness. They offered an excellent remedy for the situation and I am very happy. This great solution to a common problem has a great company backing it up. One piece of advice: if you live in a high UV bombardment area like South Florida, Arizona or Texas go for the Yardstash IV which is way more resistant to sun damage. Another thing to note.. my Yardstash III stood up to last year’s hurricane without a scratch. To be clear, we didn’t get the brunt of it, more like a strong tropical storm, but when properly anchored, they can take the punishment. UPDATE: 2022 and the Yardstash IV have now also completely UV rotted out. They are soft as tissue paper and I can push a finger through the fabric with zero effort. For my area, (Miami Beach) with its salty air and high UV punishment, looks like the most you can ask for is about 5 years. Which, frankly, isn't too bad, but a plastic shed will be replacing the two Yardstash units this time. However, I still recommend them if you live almost anywhere else. Great company.

I can't say enough about my YardStashes. Yes, I said YardStashes because I own 7. I originally bought my 1st YardStash a couple of years ago. I filled it with stuff quickly and loved its design and durability. I was SO pleased, I bought 2 more YardStashes which were redesigned and called YardStash II. The product had been modified and the bottom flap was no longer sealed with a zipper. I made adjustments to be able to seal the bottom of the unit and I phoned Van at the company praising the product but suggesting they return to the older design which totally zipped the front shut keeping water and critters out. Needless to say, I filled my two YardStash II's so I recently purchased 4 more YardStashes. They are now called YardStash III and I am so impressed. They have been modified or should I say PERFECTED. I love the changes that were made which were modest but, once again the product now completely zips closed. Kudos to Van and his team at YardStash for their professionalism and a great product! I would give the new Yard Stash III 10 stars if I could. 1) Great lightweight packaging - the duffel bag is terrific. 2) Easy assembly - 2 of us can assemble one in less than 20 minutes. 3) Holds a lot of stuff. 4) Never had a leak even during bad wind and rain. In a nutshell... I love my YardStashes! You can't beat this product... it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

After now having this for a few years, I can say that it’s not really weather proof or resistant. It doesn’t have UV protection, so the color faded within the first year and now it’s so brittle that sneezing on it puts a hole in it.

EDIT: Having just returned from a business trip, I was anxious to see if the replacement unit held up to the rainstorms we had while I was away. I'm happy to report that it did and my bikes are in the same condition I left them in a month or so ago. I haven't see any evidence of water intrusion or condensation build up in the week since I've returned. Based on my previous experience, I had covered my YS3 with an extra tarp that I had around the house just in case, and while I'm not sure if that also made a difference, I'm inclined not to experiment with my expensive bikes. Either way the tarp keeps the leaves off the YS3, and it looks great in the yard. Customer service (thanks Van) was very helpful in troubleshooting and quickly replacing what I'm concluding was a bad unit. ---original post--- I'm really hoping that my problems with the Yardstash III will be an isolated incident. I've been in conversation with customer service over this first month that I've owned the product since I noticed problems with water intrusion and water pooling on the top. from my email to customer service: "I believe there are two main problems: 1) water pools on the "roof" of the unit because there's not enough slope or tension to for it to shed water at a proper rate. 2) maybe because there's not enough pitch, the pools of water seep through the material by gravity or because the material has become water-logged--I can't say which one" To their credit, customer service has been very responsive while I've worked to make sure that my problems are not the result of user error, and they've even offered to send a replacement item. Dimensions, ease of set up, space--all these things make this product perfect for my situation. I only wish it would work as advertised. Will update if replacement resolves issues.

Update (one year later): I've been using this shelter daily for just over a year now. While it's still dry inside and works for its intended purpose, it is starting to fall apart. The tape that they use to waterproof the seams has begun to peel off. Also, the outside of the material has started to fade very badly. The shelter is in a shaded patio which is not exposed to direct sunlight for more than maybe 2 hours a day. Yet the sun has all but completely faded the green color. It's also made the material very stiff and brittle feeling. It's already started to break in a few places where things have rubbed up against it. I cannot imagine this shelter will last another year. Unless they improve the material, you should maybe pass on this. Check out the updated pics I added of what the shelter looks like now. As you can see, it's looking pretty worn after only one year. ---ORIGINAL REVIEW--- So far I really like the Yard Stash III. While I've only had it up for a little over a week, it's rained almost every day since then. And every time I check, my bikes are bone dry. It was really easy to set up. I did it by myself in under an hour; and that includes the time it took to anchor it all in securely to the wall and floor. If you're considering not anchoring it down, I would suggest that you don't get it then. This shed is very top heavy and wobbly if it's not anchored down to at least the floor. However, I would strongly suggest that you anchor it to a wall as well. I feel like mine is super solid because it's been anchored at all the suggested points. We've had bad down pours and heavy winds here in Miami and it's held up without budging. I would have liked to have given it 5 stars, but I'm deducting a star for a couple of small design flaws which I feel, if fixed, would make this shed perfect. The first thing I'd change is I'd make the floor out of a tougher material. The material they use for the rook is super thick and durable feeling. It's about twice as thick as the rest of the material. I would have made the floor out of the same material, because I'm worried about how the material will hold up after taking my bikes in and out 100's of times. But to be fair, there's been no sign of the floor not holding up yet. The second thing I would change is the hole in the back for securing the shed's contents to an external fixture. It's basically just a hole with a flap. The problem is that it leaves an open gap in an otherwise sealed barrier. This could easily be remedied by making some sort of sock-like portal with elastic at the end so you can feed a chain through and still have a seal. However, other than the two items I mentioned above, the build quality and materials seems to be top notch. Time will tell how well it will hold up, but I feel confident I'll at least get a couple good years out of it. And in the brutal hot and rainy weather of Miami, that's saying a lot.

I bought my wife a bike for Mothers Day/birthday (that's what she wanted I swear!) along with a kid trailer to hook on back. My shed is full so I needed something that wouldn't take up a lot of space in our yard to protect the bike. The setup was really easy...took me about 20 minutes. One word of advice is set it up close to where you plan on placing it. I was dumb and set it up in the driveway because there was more space. And then I moved it through the gate and into the backyard on the patio which was a bit difficult but not a big deal. The YardStash III has plenty of room. The bike and kid trailer (folded up) fit easily and I think I can get one more adult bike and my son's 16' kids bike in there too. It seems like it's made of quality material. We haven't had much rain this month so to test the weatherproof elements I sprayed it down pretty heavily with the garden hose for a few minutes. I opened it up and it was bone dry inside. So it seems like it's going to hold up against the elements. All in all a good product easy to set up and a less expensive alternative to a shed, etc.

This storage tent was easy to put up, and works great for storing our bikes out of the rain. It holds two adult bikes confortably. It packs up back into a bag for winter storage. I would recommend this product.

サイズ的にミニバイクを保管するのに丁度良さそうだと思い購入。 テントは頑丈そうな収納バッグに入って届きました。これは持ち運びに便利そうです。自分は建てっぱなしにするつもりなので必要ありませんけどね(笑) 組み立て説明書は英語でしたが挿絵と勘だけでどうにか組み立てれました。部品数はそんなに多くなく難しくはなかったです。 組み上げた感じ、屋根部分は複数ポールを使っててガッチリしてるのですが下の方は固定されてないので結構グニャグニャしてます。 多少の雨風なら問題ないでしょうが、雪が降り積もったらヤバいかもしれません(自分は四隅をブロックで固定してポールが動かないようにしました) テントはかなり頑丈な生地で出来ていて撥水性は高いです。 設置後に何度か雨に降られたのですがしっかりと水を弾いてくれました。テント内への雨水の侵入は全くありませんでした。大満足です。 肝心のミニバイクはまだ納車されてないので使い勝手については分かりませんが、この商品を選んで良かったと思ってます。 これからバイクをお迎えするのがとても楽しみです。 (2021/12/18追記) 電動バイクTROMOX MINO(車体寸法1500 × 725 × 925(mm))ピッタリ入りました。 テント内にある２つのフックにワイヤーネットを掛けて小物類を吊り下げれるようにし、小窓から防雨型延長コードを通してテントの中でバイクの充電も出来るようにしました。 予定してた通りの使い方が出来て満足してしてます。後は耐久性ですね。

I love this entire concept! It is very easy to install and is waterproof! It easily holds 2 adult bikes and one kid bike. I don't see how I would fit much more, but there's still some space, maybe for a 2nd kid's bike. It has yet to go through a winter,but I'm not worried.

４年半、雨ざらし＆半日程度陽に当たる場所に置いて使ってきました。清掃もしてません。 結果、２年ほどでかなり退色した（味が出たとも言う）、３年ほどで底部のジッパーが途中で引っかかって全部閉まらなくなった、４年半で一番陽に当たった部分の生地がさすがに劣化してたまたま棒状のもので軽く突いたら生地が裂けた、その他問題無しです。 骨組みもグラつき無く、耐水性も保持しています。 生地が裂けた箇所は修理したので、あと１〜２年は使えそう。 十二分に元は取ったと思います。大したもんです。
