Kevin's Natural Foods Thai Coconut Sauce - Paleo Simmer Stir-Fry Sauce, Gluten Free, No Preservatives, Non-GMO - 3 Pack (Thai Coconut)

A friend turned me on to Kevin's Natural Foods - while she enjoys the full dinners, I'm not so much a 'fan' of pre-prepared food items (I'm a 'no added sodium senior' and most packaged pre-cooked meats have a good deal of it). I tried one meal and did enjoy the sauce, so when I saw Kevin's has it's own line of sauces I jumped to try it. This is mild Thai sauce, so those who prefer the range of spicier items may be disappointed, but for me it carries a good coconut base and discernible, if mild, Thai seasoning. I prepare several day's worth of meals in advance, and one pouch of the sauce will cover 4-6 chicken thighs (or the equivalent) plus rice/veggies. For some, it can be a problem eating the same lunch or dinner daily for a week - there is always the freezing option but for me and my schedule it doesn't get 'boring' and I've found the sauces/food refrigerate well for about 5-6 days(I make the rice fresh daily and add fresh veggies as I heat the item in sauce). I have used the two other Kevin's sauces available on Amazon - this is my hands-down favorite and so the single one I order. One big advantage to prepared whole dinners is that these pouches do not need refrigeration and so can be kept in the pantry/cupboard. For those who want a quick sauce 'base', I've tried adding more (fresh) Thai basil or other spices, which makes each use of the sauce a totally different outing, and can personalize the whole meal to your or your family's individual taste. For those of us on budgets: the price point is excellent given the product, quality, ease of use.

Worth the money and ease of use And great flavor

Tasty. Clean ingredients. I use this convenient product to flavor soup and curry. It has lemon grass, basil, and other classic Thai flavors. I especially like to have this on hand when my husband and I vacation in our travel trailer so we can cook simple meals without having to take an entire spice cabinet along.

We love the Thai Coconut Sauce; it has lots of flavor but isn't overpowering.

This sauce is very tasty. I add a few teaspoons of my favorite Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce to give it heat.

Great flavor and wonderful texture and great in stir fry??

My husband and I really like this Thai Coconut sauce! My favorite is with diced chicken, onion and red bell pepper and served with rice. It's very mild, so we like to add a touch of red pepper flakes. We've also tried it with shrimp and it was also good. One star deduction for the price!

I LOVE this sauce!!! I’ll put it over chicken, veggies, and rice most of the time, but it would be great on fish as well. Great ingredients/not full of junk, and not too calorie-rich or full of fat like some other curry sauces can be. Such a time saver not to have to make the sauce from scratch! It’s got a little kick, but is not super spicy (my 4-year-old loves it just as much as I do!) I will order again and again!
