Damn, this is a very thorough analysis of the Moon. It is so fundamental to our psyche and it is closest to Earth so it is appropriate to take the time to extract every last piece of information from it. Again Steven Forrest is always able to describe the psychological influence from the inside, what it feels like for the native with that placement, which personally I really appreciate. Excellence!!
Steven Forrest is a most generous teacher! With his open, warm, and engaging writing style, he conveys his message beautifully. This book is a treasure. His insights and fresh way of looking at the phases and relationships of the moon just click into place and help to trigger a deep knowing that I think we all carry. Steven Forrest is the blessed teacher who has come to help us all wake up.

Great
As per usual, you can never really go wrong with Steven Forrest. Although I must admit, the first part of the book did feel a little rushed to me, but once he starts talking about the Moon's phases, it's basically as thorough as one can hope. Highly recommend if you want to learn about what the various phases mean, and how they also apply in Secondary Progressions.

Steven Forrest is a master teacher!
Having just discovered Steven Forrest recently I am still a novice to his wisdom on the many topics he covers as an Astrological Master Teacher. The Book of the Moon is yet another innovative and compelling source of information for those of us who seek to know more in the field. His ability to use practical information (look at the sky! what a concept!!) to intuit and discern the depths behind the obvious is exciting and profound. I am thrilled to discover someone who works outside the consensus majority and look forward to absorbing all of his work - over time - as it is so much to digest!

New important information about the Moon in astrological interpretation
Steven Forrest presents several new insights into interpreting the Moon in a chart. Out of Bounds moon, (which I have); looking at the progressed lunar phase between progressed moon and progressed sun, not just progressions to natal positions and more. I have this as both an audio book and hardbound.

Another Forrest masterpiece
As usual Steven Forrest's books are always so informative , even for a long time reader... always some new perspective on whatever the subject matter... I have most of his work and would recommend to anyone , even beginners. One of the better authors on any astrological area... ranks amongst the best of authors over the years. A first class writer.
