First year, during the hot weather, I used it and it was brilliant. No leaks. After hot weather finished, I carefully wrapped up, placed in a box that was just the correct size, placed in a storage box. Removed last night, as the hot weather started again, filled up, and plugged in, worked brilliantly until I realised all the seals had gone and I had water everywhere. Will try to 'fix' with silicone seal, but for a single use, it is ok. if you plan to use for several years, you may wish to get something different.

This product worked well for a few days I was impressed. That's until a few days later when filled with ice. While working away I could hear a dripping noise. Thought nothing of it until my monitor shut down. That's odd!!! Hit the button to turn it on nothing. Further investigation needed. checkthefuse.com. Guess what found the reason extension multiplug soaked in water. Yes to got it the unit had leaked and water dripped into the extension multi plug. Beware. Can't return has it got binned in bits.

I bought this to help with the heat, however I still need a fan on with it. It is ok on my desk and quite near me. I have to keep it on a small tea towel as overnight or whenever it is not switched on it leaks. Also I found when I didn't use it for a few days I got a putrid smell as soon as I switched it back on. I wish I had sent it back but it is out of the return window now.

Mmmm, I didnt really "cool" the room it kinda gave more of a "small breeze" in one direction. It was kinda loud depending on which setting you had it in but meh, there are better ones and it uses water really fast. I mean, you could get it or you could invest in a better one ✌😶

This was an attempt to avoid installing a large air con unit. It's neat, compact and sits on a desk or table well. But to be honest it's not much better than an ordinary fan

I understand this device is not an air conditioning unit therefore i don t expect it to cool a room in 5 min but this device is useless even after 8 h in a room lol .... you can add ice and water and even shut the blinds if u like it will still not be fit for purpuse as it will not cool nothing. It s a box that uses electricity water and ice for no reason lol. Tou can use it in a hamster tank to help a hamster survive a hot day as it does reach about 10 cm on full settings :)))))

Not really impressed with these 2 items, tho we have only had them for 24 hrs. I will have to give it more time to really evaluate them.

It came unpacked - which was a shame but the unit itself seemed unharmed.Have tried this in a very small room 1.5mx1.5m generously as an air conditioning unit putting ice and cold fridge water in it. It did not cool the room at all. Pointless. It will only be effective for you if you have it on your desk pointing at your face. But then you may as well get a smaller effective desk fan for the money.Really poor product.Do not recommend.I do not see how this product has got 5*.
