I ordered this product because my battery occasionally dies even though it tested in perfect condition. I couldn't afford another battery so I figured I'd at least be able to jump it myself. I used a different, more bulky, brand when this happened so I knew I had to have one. This model has a flashlight, supports charging mobile devices, and is waterproof for those days you need a jump while it's raining. Although I'm glad my battery is holding up, I cannot yet say that it charges the battery immediately as advertised. After I've used it, I will try to remember to update this review. Basically, I love the idea of what this does and if it performs as expected, I'm happy. I also love the case that comes with it. It is a soft case but sturdy and has a net on one side to hold the cables. It came fully charged and, last time I checked, the charge still shows full. So far, there is nothing I do not like about it!

Due to the ongoing pandemic I am not going out often because of this my car battery drains very soon. I got help from my neighbor couple times to jump start using the cable but I also started looking for a portable car jumper with battery and found this one. Unfortunately again my battery went down couple days back and I was able to start my SUV by myself with this and it gave me a great relief. The products looks great and i loved it very much as the battery has powerful torch on it this can be used in very dark place and pretty easy to recharge the battery as well. This is perfect size compact and easy to carry anywhere as it comes with nice cover on it and can use it as a battery backup too.

Because of the COVID-19 My mom wasn't driving her car for almost three months and unable to turn the car on since the battery was dead. I checked many of the Jump Starter on line and decided to order this one. As soon as the Jump Starter Pro up in front of the door I opened and connected it to the car battery as instructed and it immediately started the car on the first try. This morning my friend called me because of his car battery is dead and he could not wait for AAA to come. I took the jump starter and it helped my friend Starting the car easily. So glad, I got the one is EZ to use.

I’ve had this product for roughly one year now, and have found this to be very very useful and reliable. This is indeed a pretty good booster. I have absolutely no complaints about that, but the charger should be for minimal use, they don’t last me long in the field but would probably be just fine for personal use. I’d also recommend to have a cover if you plan to use it outdoors which may have been the issue with failure. Again, the product is efficient and does live up to expectations, It just needs that TLC so that you don’t run into somethings that could malfunction in the future

Great product small and strong. Use it daily about one week as a professional mechanic. Strong enough to start up a 710cca, Tundra. Haven't get any problem yet, used it a lot recently due to Covid 19, customer came in with dead battery. This one small and portable, so I don't have to carry the shop's big heavy JNC660, this one do all job that big one can. Comes with durable case and 2 USB cables. Great buy. Recommend.

Third time I used this to jump off my car the cheap plastic clips broke... So now its useless... Don't buy if u want it for the car to jump start it.

Used it to jump a 454 engine in a dually. Acted like I was starting a 4 wheeler. Great power. Only charged initially and still charged a month later. Quality unit for super reasonable price.

Jumped an old van like a charm! Still got a 75% charge after a month. Great device.
