Deserves a Paul Hollywood handshake!
Great dark rich taste not too sweet, fills you up for the whole morning! I usually have overnight oats each morning but as the weather is getting colder I wanted something warm, quick and filling. I've brought Fuel 10K granola before and enjoyed it, so seeing this product by them I thought I'd try it out too. Its surprisingly low in sugar and cals despite its appearance, while offering up a whopping 11g of protein. Its a great brekkie that can be thrown into your work bag and made later or cooked at home and eaten on the go/ at the office etc. You can have it on its own or pair it with some fruit like a banana or some berries. The texture is great light and fluffy, only criticism is its a little dry, but with a coffee on the side it's not really an issue. I was a little disappointed that it deflated once I removed it from the microwave but it's to be expected due to how its cooked. On the instructions it says to cook for 50sec at 800 but I found it needed a bit longer/ open the door a few times to stop over spill. Still very quick and low maintenance. They work out at about £1 each which I think is good value considering you'd probably pay double that in a supermarket for similar.

Just great, they tick all the boxes!
I really love these. If you're tracking calories, you won't find a more filling, chocolatey and satisfying desert for 170kcals. If you're grabbing one for breakfast, they do the job. If you're into fitness, they have a decent amount of protein in and if you're on the go, they are fast and simple to make. Nice and spongy and moist. I tend to add slightly more water than instructed to get a bit of extra gooeyness on top. Not such a big fan of the banana version, but the Double Chocolate is superb. I'm on my third box.

Lost 1* as packaging is atrocious and keep getting multiple burst pots
These are absolutely lovely and are great if you're tracking calories and /or wanting to add protein. However, I've had MULTIPLE multi packs arrive with 3,4, and even 5 out of the 8 pots burst open and all over the box. They're a bit expensive to be only getting 3 edible ones from each multipack. I did get reimbursed so cannot fault that at all. Just wish the makers of this product would take notice of reviews (I'm not the only one with this issue) and redesign a different lid or use a recyclable plastic lid.

Doesn't look like the packaging, but tastes great and filling!
I don't really care about the aesthetics of a glorified microwave mug cake, as I devour it too quickly for it to matter, but if you do care about that sort of thing it doesn't look like a muffin in the pot. That said, it's very tasty and makes for a great brunch - especially if you like to put some squirty cream on it too like I do for an extra 80 cals. First time I made it, I thought it was pretty dry - but that's my own fault for putting it on for 60 seconds instead of 50. It makes a huge difference! Put it on for 50 and even if the top looks slightly underdone, it'll keep cooking for 30 seconds or so afterwards and be absolutely perfect.

Really like these muffins
I love the idea of mug cakes and whilst I often see my feed filled with influencers making exotic cakes using protein powder etc I dont have time for that. This is perfect. 70ml of water, a really good stir and 40 seconds in the microwave and a tasty chocolatey muffin that I sometimes use as a dessert to calm and cravings. I've not found it overly dry though some dryness is the tradeoff. Mixing is the key. Really good mix getting into the edges at the bottom. Fast, tasty and nice with their chocolate squeezy peanut butter

Changed the recipe!
I just bought my last batch of these. My supermarket started selling the new versions of these muffins and amazon was one of the last few remaining places that sold the great old muffins we know and love. But now it seems amazon don't have the old stock anymore. Alas, the company have changed the recipe and these now taste dry bland and horrible. Theres more calories in it AND now less protein. Why ruin a good thing? Easy way to tell the difference between them is that the old recipe required 70ml of water and this new one requires 50 ml instead. I have found a recipe in the 'clean sweets' recipe book which hopefully should replace these as i eat one every day as my breakfast. Such a shame, i am really disapointed.

So so
Easy to make and quite tasty but a little bit dry for my taste, probably quite nice with some yoghurt or custard.

Stodgy bitty cake mixture
I found this very stodgy, and with the oat bits in tastes weird and not so good, the chocolate sponge how ever is nice and I only had a few spoonfuls and was full, I don't think I'll be getting this one again x
