The cold pack included in the shipment wasn't cold upon arrival and our climate wasn't warm either therefore if the probiotics are supposed to stay cool (refrigerated) and they arrive warm

Good Product
This is the best probiotic I've found so far. It has L-glutamine in it, which is a good gut healer. If I have digestive issues I will take this twice a day for awhile, else I just take it once a day.
