Broadway Gifts Black Baby Grand Piano Music Box with Bench and Black Case

This worked out beautifully. My Dad passed away 7/07/2017 and he played the keyboard for several years. I have it setting on a table with a shirt pillow of his and his picture setting on top of that. I set it all up and had my Mom and Sister come over to see it and they both cried a little and said it was beautiful. It reminds me what a great keyboard player he was and lots of great memories. Thank you so much for having it delivered all in one piece and no damage. I am very grateful for the product and service. Everytime I pass by it in my living room I think what a fantastic Dad I had. This was ordered as a Christmas gift for my husband, who plays the piano. It arrived earlier than expected, was well packaged, and the music box itself is packed in a lovely black storage box. The sound is of good quality and the piano is a lovely black lacquer finish. Even the accessory bench is well made. He loves it. I would recommend it for those that collect music boxes, or simply enjoy the unique look of this one.

I got this for my mother who is a pianist, has played for decades but could never afford a grand piano. I got her this beautiful piece and she was even more delighted to find out it was a music box. It now sits in the glass cabin in the living room - a reflection on the beautiful Piano she plays on every day.

Beautiful Giving as gift

The first one delivered was damaged but they replaced it with no issues and I am quite pleased with the quality of the second one.

It looks amazing but the only thing was that on the keyboard cover there was a dab of hot glue gun that wouldn't come off and opposite that was a circular flap that was created due to attaching the cover to the back with hot glue. Aside from that everything was fine. It's just as a perfectionist it was an irreversible irk.

Purchase this item for Christmas for my granddaughter. Package came good packaging in a shipping box and everything looked perfect. At Christmas she opened the package and it was beautiful. The music box, however, wouldn't play. So we returned it to Amazon to be replaced.The replace item came but it was in a plastic UPS shipping envelope. No shipping box. It item did have an outer box that contained a gift box with the item in it. We took the entire item as we received it to our granddaughter for her to open. She opened the shipping envelope and pulled out the outer box. The outer box was damaged. She opened the outer box and the gift box inside was damaged. Hopefully the item was okay. She opened the gift box and the item appeared to have been used with finger smudges across the top. She pulled the item out of the box and the corner was damaged. There was a single piece of paper on top of the item for minimal protection. The label on the outer box read "NEW". This item was clearly not new. it was smudged and dirty We were severely disappointed. I have never had such a poor vendor from Amazon.com

Beautifully made and very chic-looking. However, the box it comes in, with red velvet lining, is obviously old and has been used before. The box has dents and the corners are even falling apart slightly. Please fix this.
