Amazing on salmon and burgers. Not overly salty and little goes a long way. I wish I could describe it but its ingredients create something utterly unique. I used to get this at William Sonoma until they stopped carrying it. Suffice it to say that we've enjoyed it enough to pay the premium price PLUS shipping just for the experience.
