I am very pleased with the purchase. I was blown away with how many accessories come with the hoover and it is so easy to use. Having said that, it is not all good news, if connects to my WIFI but I can’t work out how to see the stats for the hoover - it seems a rather pointless addition. I also find it heavier than expected and although the on switch locks in place it easily knocks off when holding the machine in my hand for a length of time. It is difficult to use on stairs when using the main attachment and I would use an alternative attachment for this purpose. The battery life seems ok but I have nothing to compare it to, I can hoover my relatively small flat but if I try to do that again without charging it would probably run out half way through, a thorough charge is needed each time you use it. The suction is great but only when using turbo - which runs the battery down quickly. I would recommend this hoover but not if you have a large house to clean.

The first one I received arrived broken & it was a real pain with Amazon & the seller to get a refund.The second one has just stopped working less than 15 months after purchase. It no longer has any suction despite filter being cleaned, also the battery a clip in the battery casing has come off meaning the battery doesn’t stay in place.This is a terrible product from a household name, even when it was working, the battery didn’t hold charge & suction performance was poor.A waste of money - don’t buy.

Having just moved to the UK on a contract, I needed an inexpensive but decent vacuum that would do the job. It does for a 2 BR flat. If I were to stay here longer or/and move to a larger flat, I'd switch ASAP.The battery life various a bit, depending if you're vacuuming carpet or hardwood floors. A fully charged vacuum will stay on for about 20 minutes so you need to hustle a bit.I swapped the nozzles as needed to get into the space where the wall and the floor met, which were appreciated. The rest of the accessories, I have no idea. The manual that it came without was hardly informative what I can do with different parts. The filter part is very easy to remove and replace.While it is lightweight compared to other vacuums, it is the motor part that is heavy. This means do NOT charge the vacuum upright on the stick; it will all over (and break the charger, ask me how!). Best to leave the motor part on the floor for charging while all other parts are put away.Never tried the wifi, no interest in being fancy with tech.

I am really happy with this vacuum cleaner. I wanted a cordless for convenience and it does not disappoint. We have quite a small place so it was important that it does not take up too much room - we have found we can easily store the motor/battery unit on a shelf where is can also be recharged (which doesn't seem to take too long) and hang the head and extension tube on the wall in a corner. The wall fixing that comes with it doesn't make much sense but it's OK, and as an alternative the head and tube can also free-stand on the floor without taking up too much space. The many attachments (most of which we probably will not use, to be honest) fit in a drawstring bag that is provided and we just hang this on a peg.Battery-life: we can do our whole property for a quick whizz-round (with occasional use of the turbo function) or one room really thoroughly (using the brush attachment, upholstery attachment, pet-hair head and more turbo use).Hair: We both have long hair and we also have a Jack Russell that sheds constantly. This vacuum cleaner does a good job of picking up both, and while it does not have a special hair-wrap attachment, it does have a roller in the main head that is really easy to remove and has a groove along it so that you can easily run scissors along. This is much appreciated. It is a shame that the pet-hair attachment does not have the same when it comes to the roller because we occupy the same spaces as the dog and so it picks up our hair too. Answer I think is to do whole area with main head and then go over with per-hair attachment.Slight grumbles upon first use: the switch for keeping it on (so that you don't have to hold down the power button all the time) is very easy to knock off again due to its location, and there is no indication that the turbo button is on so you can accidentally waste battery. Saying that, it's easy enough to get into the habit of checking when you start using it by pressing the turbo button, and then you can tell by the sound whether it is on or off. An indicator light would be good for the next model though please!In all, a great little cordless and good value for money.

SIZE MADE IT CLUMSY AND WAS HEAVY EVEN FOR ME AT 6FT. SWITCH POSTION VERY POOR AND LOCK ON RUN VERY POOR. WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH NORMAL SUCTION, BOOST OK BUT WOULD USE UP BATTERY QUICKLY. FIBRE BRUSHES ON CLEANER HEAD ROLLER VERY POOR AND WOULD SOON WEAR OUT . FINISH AND DESIGN GOOD

We bought this product after having a wired Dyson for a number of years, thinking that the benefits of being cordless would be wonderful on stairs and around the house.Sadly, the suction power on this Hoover is pitiful and I am now having to look around to buy something else.I vacuumed the stairs yesterday and it took me probably 3 times the amount of time it used to take because the Hoover would simply not pick up the dirt. I am so disappointed.When I hold my hand over the nozzle, the suction is hardly noticeable.It is a shame because the design is nice and usability is good - although there is a very confusing array of tools/connections.Unfortunately, we managed to snap a piece of plastic off the side as well, otherwise we would have returned it immediately.I definitely CANNOT recommend this product because it does not fulfil its primary function, although it might be ok if you only have hard floors
