I bought this item and had it over a month before I assembled it when I came to to do so I was concerned that if there were missing parts what could I say. I needn't have bothered every item was there pieces that were paired in the hand book were strapped together it's very sturdy and business like the instructions are clear and easy to follow . I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this item to anyone wanting an all round training bench.

I am really pleased with this weight bench. After looking at other comments on other sites i can say this weight bench is very sturdy. Easy to assemble. My husband is 6ft and it's ample of room for him. There's multiple of exercises you can do. I bought spare weights and the weight bench holds all of them easily. I can highly recommend

A little disappointed with this.Instructions were so difficult to understand you were having to guess certain parts.Once assembled, my first work out i realised the benchpress is very narrow my fingers are getting nipped in the hooks when resetting the bar.The bicep curl attachments get in the way when benchpressing with the weights hitting them so your range is affected.The preacher Curl part doesn't work, rubbish range of motion.The screw parts to hold the height of the bench press take ages to get in you waste a lot of timeI wont have this bench long unfortunately, wish I'd gone with a different one.Edit: as predicted used it all off 3 times and after having it folded up in my gym for the last however long, have now sold it. Defo a waste of time putting it together and money.

Bought for 16yo and it fits his needs. Not the easiest to assemble, mostly due to the lack of clear instructions though. Also a couple of the foam rolls were missing - i got in touch with them and they said they had no replacements and offered a £20 credit, but I didn't both - just went to B&Q and bought a bit of foam tubing for £5 and cut it to size - works fine. Son only uses it very occasionally now that gyms are fully open, but he says its decent to have for when he needs it

Terrible. The instructions are impossible to read. Everything is tiny that yu need a magnifying glass. Because it is all black and white and the smallest size you cant make it out. Parts missing. Not all parts are explained so again is infuriating. No manual. No instruction chart. The downloads are all the same and again illegible. Noone to speak to. Noone replies. Takes all days to work out how to put together. Then parts missing. Waste of time and money

i like this item alot.. when i put it togeather i thought " nahh to many parts itll be wobbly as hell"......turned out i was very much wrong.... very good bench and i would 110% advice it to people (i train 1 body part aday 5 days a week for past 4 years now) and this bench fits into my routine perfectly

Practical and compact. I've been using it for a while and it can really take heavy usage.
