EDITED: Broke after 7 months of occasional use
I love the Miracle Miles workout & bought 2 bands; the 1st one, purchased about a year before this one, still works fine, but this one broke after about 7 months. I'm requesting a replacement since the seller offers a 12 month guarantee so I'll return & update my review after they respond. I'm happy to say they promptly mailed a replacement for the broken band, so I would definitely recommend this seller!

I love this exercise band
I have been doing the Lesli Sansone walking program for a couple of months. This band added just what I needed to my home workouts. It's made of very soft material and is comfortable to use.

Not what I was hoping for.
Bought this amidst the recent need for out of gym equipment.... The band is very jelly like and stretches quite a bit. As a trainer I wouldn’t suggest it for any leg workouts, there just isn’t enough tension. Would be good for stretching.

Meh. Ok for a couple of exercises
Meh. My standard resistance bands with handles are easier to use. With that said, there are a couple of exercises you cant do with the bands that this one makes easier to do.

I use this band to workout with the Miracle Mile with Leslie from Walk at Home as I could only get it with Prime Video so I couldn't get their exact bands that came with the program I really love it and look forward to using it everyday its fun and so versatile for a full body workout!

Perfect Band exactly like the Miracle Band from Leslie Sansone
I love the color and the fact that it is shorter than the one sent with the DVD by Leslie. It seems Leslie never uses the same size that she uses with her group. I do not know why. Finally I don't have all that extra band to deal with when working with this band.

Love the resistance it provides, easy use.
Love the band. It provides adequate resistance as required without exerting the muscles to the point of soreness.

Great for toning up
I like this much better than other types of resistance bands. The loops make it easy to grip and to get the right amount of resistance.
