Delightful Beaded Earring Designs

The patterns allow me to change things up a bit to make it my own. I can also leave it the colors it shows if I want. I always give credit to the creator of the designs when I make them and sell them.

This book is great, informative. I'm very happy with it and already stitching designs and learning from it. Thank you for having this available, I don't see many pattern books out there and this book is chock full of patterns! It really helped me better apply Native American designs and colors which is what I've been exploring as of recent. Very happy. I can tell that the author is very experienced and skilled. :)

If you're looking for good, quick and simple designs, this is the way to go. It gives basic instructions in the front of the book, so you should know what you're doing by trial and error. These earrings are nice and quick- I finished a pair in about an hour and a half. I do wish the patterns for the earrings were more clear, but I suppose the small pictures will have to do. After you practice them a few times, you get used to what the different symbols mean.There are color pictures of some of the earrings in the middle of the book, so you could just go from those as the pattern (that's what I did a few times).If you want more complex earrings other than the traditional 'triangle' pattern, I would look for another book- that's about all there is in this one.

I ordered this and several other earring design books they all came in good condition and are very easy to understand I am an avid crafter and have made these kinds of earrings before but have moved several times and had lost my old books it was nice to see that amazon.com had them on the site. Thank you Amazon.com you never cease to amaze me.

Lots of ideas

I am new to reading so I am still discovering what I do and don't like to make. I bought this book just to get some ideas and see if it would work for me. When I got the book I was highly disappointed. The front is pretty and colorful. But that is as far as it went. The diagrams inside looked like they had been drawn by a child and scanned for this book in black and white. The pictures of the finished product was black and white as well so it was almost impossible to follow along for me as a beginner. There was minimal explanation of stitches as well. After a few days of trying to see if this would work I returned it. In the future I will be very wary of books that do not provide a glimpse inside. At least on this subject.

THIS IS A LOVELY BOOK OF BEADED EARRINGS, AND SO EASY TO FOLLOW. I LOVE THE WAY THEY HANG WHEN DONE, AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A LOVE FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN INDIAN HISTORY AND WAY OF LIFE. THESE ARE SO BEAUTIFUL, WITH WONDERFUL COLOUR MIXES AS WELL. IF YOU LIKE YOUR DANGLIES, THEN THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU. REALLY LOVE IT, AND HAVE MADE SEVERAL PAIRS. MY FAVORITE, IS THE PAIR WITH THE EAGLE ON.

I ordered this to learn the art of making earring out of seed beads, I have not tried making a pair yet, but the book gives good intructions along with illustrations.

Great patterns and ideas. But it is hard to tell for what it is going to look like because there is no color picture to go with the pattern. When I make something I use pictures as guides also and is better when they are in color.

that pretty much explains it all. the pictures are in black and white.prefer real beads in colours. makes me not want to pick it up and look, but instructions ok.
