Can these marker pens write on plastic? Like a plastic sandwich bag?

No, they are not made for that.

will these pens bleed thru when writing, taking notes, etc?

I don’t have any “bleed through” in my planner! Depends on the weight (thickness) of the paper but there shouldn’t be much show from the other side!

Will these work in a rocketbook fusion? can i erase them like the pilot frixion ones?

These are not erasable. They are waterbed markers.

Are they permanent markers? Will they write on materials like vinyl and not smear off?

That are water soluble & will rub off. They are not like a sharpie.
