Not a fast install
My nephew Installed the faucet and it took about two hours because there are lots of parts, so not a basic install. It does look beautiful, but now I have to find a matching soap dispenser etc., which I am finding difficult because not many are made of polished nickel and the few I have found are very expensive.

Superior quality
This faucet is one of the best purchases I have made. The construction is far better than a faucet off the shelf of the big box home improvement centers. I love the design. It's absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees it wants to know where I bought it. It was carefully packaged, and had clear instructions. The quality shows in every aspect. Ours was missing a small set screw, and after sending an email, I had a replacement in my hand in 3 days. I can't say enough about the quality and service I have received. Don't hesitate if you are considering this item. We will be replacing all of our faucets with these!

Poor Manufacturing and Finishing. Poor quality control.
Considering the price of this faucet set, it falls far short of expectations. The faucet handle heights when installed are slightly different. It was almost impossible to line the handles up so they match in terms of distance from the faucet and distance from the bowl. The pull for the drain does not line up and set flush on its base. On top of the the faucet aeration filter sprays a small mist out the side. Had I not paid a plumber to install it before realizing these problems, I would have returned it without a doubt.

There's a problem
The faucet is attractive but the stopper doesn't close tight enough to hold water in the sink basin. Company sent me a replacement but that didn't work either. I think it's a faulty design.

Great quality and desigh
Excellent quality and style. I was replacing a bathroom sink faucet and this style was very close to my original. But it was so much bigger! I think it would help to show a picture to give people an idea of the size. A picture says a whole lot more than some printed specs/dimensions.

It’s beautiful! I had a plumber install it for me because the pipe had to be replaced also so I can’t say much about the installation, otherwise I’m very satisfied with the product.
