Customer service is excellent
It's as advertised! The thing I like about it most can I use the buzzer nowadays with my dog, rather than a little bit of stimulus. Customer service help me out a bunch they covered a repair which should not have been covered

Works great!
I have been very pleased with this product. I know two other people at the dog park that I go to and they have the same collar for their dog. My dog was a little harder to train but is doing very well. He turns into a different dog the minute I put his collar on. A word of advice, go to youtube and watch the training videos. BIG HELP!! There are some videos of a trainer using the Dogtra 280. Good luck!
