I lost my manual. Anyone know how to get a copy?

Our product manuals are available online here: https://gldproducts.com/pages/manuals-assembly-videos For the ProScore just scroll down to the dartboard section and you should be able to find a download link for it, I hope this helps!

My scoreboard does not light up very good. Segments are a dull gray, not red. Do i need to send it back???

If this is happening while directly looking at display then it sounds defective. Should be bright red with black background.

Is this good for cricket or should I just get a whiteboard?

Hello, You can use this for cricket. Thanks! Kinney Billiard Sales

The backlight is too bright. Can I change the intensity to get a better contrast?

The backlight is unable to be dimmed.
