This fireplace is such a sleek and seamless addition to our space. I got the Size 50” fireplace , the fit was perfect for my space my Tv is a 75 inch. The build quality was easy to put it in, the sound when the heat comes in is not loud at all. very happy with purchase.

I purchased this fireplace in 2022 when we added on to our home. I am very happy with this fireplace. Having the ability to add heat to the room and adjust the flame colors has been great. This is my third year enjoying this fireplace.

Beautiful and very realistic! We looked around and found some units as expensive as $3500! This unit would compare and the price was nowhere near that! The “ crystal rocks” are very attractive and I love being able to run the fireplace from my phone. There are so many options to match whatever the mood of the room. Very happy with our purchase. My builder even ask what brand and where I purchased it. What a compliment!

Fireplace is exactly what I was looking for. High quality design and realistic fire look and feel. Lots of color/ size and speed options for the flame as well as logs or stone look. Very happy with the purchase.

Great Product!. We had an existing fireplace and running a gas line was not an option as there is no basement or access points to get to the fireplace with gas! But it was a blessing really as this is much safer and much more stylish. I would have given 5 stars if Touchstone sold a "trim Kit" to go with this unit. Technically you don't need one if you are installing in a wall as the glass front acts as a finished trim. However, I was installing this in my existing fireplace that was a wood burning fireplace. The opening was 40.5"wide x 34" high. The unit measured 40x26.5 so we had to figure out what to do with the open areas. I did search far and wide and settled for a Valuxhome 40"x27" trim kit sold on Amazon. Luckily i had a handyman who was able to construct a piece out of the old glass door/metal frame that was there for the wood burning. Overall it came out perfect. I may have missed it in the description but the unit comes with faux logs already installed that come out easily and you can replace them with clear crystals OR they also gave white stones. Not bad to have 3 options. the glass front is somewhat easy to remove. it hooks in and there are 2 screws on either side to keep it in place. the screws are NOT easy to get to without a flexible screwdriver but not impossible either. We opted for the clear crystals as they look very nice with the 12 LED color options and there are 23 flame options. My handyman was able to run electric from a switch in the garage to put a plug behind the unit, so if you cant do that then you will see a cord coming out of the unit to plug in to a wall outlet. It would be nice to have an option for crackling log sound but you really don't need it. The heat works great also. The room it is in has baseboard heat but its has 3 outdoor walls and skylights so it gets very cold and struggles to stay warm. The addition of this unit supplements the baseboard and works great. 2 heat options, low and high and a lot of options for timers and temperature. If you are looking to mount this in a wall then you really don't need to worry about a trim kit.

Perfect for what we needed! The clean look, the flames and the heat function are all great. The app works great with our Alexa home system. We just love it! Called customer service to ask a question and they called me right back, so Great customer service too.

I absolutely love our new fireplace! It is beautiful, and so quiet. We put the glass in instead of the logs, and oh my goodness - it is amazing!

Great quality and value. This fireplace has added more than just warmth, it adds ambiance. Perfect addition to my SWFlorida condo. Highly recommended.
